If I could give 10 stars, Francisco would melt them all before anyone else even had the chance. I stepped out of my car ready to battle the ice rink that used to be in front of my storage unit, and before I could even slip once BAM! Francisco materialized out of thin air like some kind of snow shoveling Avenger.
With a shovel in one hand and a bucket of snow melt in the other, he went to war with the ice. Within seconds, that death trap turned into a harmless puddle of water. I swear I heard the ice scream as it melted in defeat.
Francisco didn’t just save me from slipping, he saved my dignity, my kneecaps, and possibly my life. Give this man a cape. Or at least a raise.

I have nothing but good things to say about this public storage in particular. They're well kept ,there very secure, q Clean my unit anyway. Has never been broken into and I feel for the most part my stuff is safe and honestly the lady that works at the front desk most of the time Chantel has been nothing but helpful and gone above and beyond to make sure my experience has been above satisfactory. I don't know if her higher ups know this, but if they don't she definitely deserves to be noticed. She really goes above and beyond and I hope that they recognize this.

Lynn at the Iliff location was very polite, informational and helpful in the process of moving in to our unit! I had a bad experience with my last storage facility but after working with the GM, I feel safe with my belongings at this location! Looking forward to having a secure and stress free home for my belongings!

Stephanie is the example of excellent customer service. She was walking the storage units and notice our latch was not engaged correctly. She called to notify us immediately. We were able to discuss the best way to secure the unit quickly and Stephanie was instrumental in helping us accomplish this task. We are so impressed with the service and responsiveness. Very clean storage property. The 24/7 access is great or people like myself whose life moves at an alternative schedule. The manager Lynn was great help with finding the perfect storage solution for my storage needs.
If you are looking for a storage unit, this is the place! I am beyond happy with their outstanding service. I have had a unit there for 5 months and love how accessible it is-all day access. The area is kept clean, the employees are hospitable and keep the lot under surveillance. Shout out to Lynn and Stephanie for their great customer service! They made the contract and viewing process run smoothly. Especially recently when I moved out of state and had to downsize my unit. I explained to them my situation and let them know my father would be downsizing for me. They reassured me they would take care of him and they did. Thank you all for making this all less stressful and making me feel at ease.
I didn't go as far as getting the tour on the units like I has scheduled. I sat in the parking lot just checking things out. Idk who the guy was that came out of the office weather he worked there or not. He told me it was private property I can't just sit there. I thought it was kinda rude because I wasn't causing any trouble sitting in the car alone. I told him I has an appointment to see units that I was going inside in a minute. Well he left and I went ahead and left too. I just didn't have a good feeling with all that I observed. It's probably just me and my over thinking self. The place looked to be a good one to rent. Cheapest in the area too. It just wast for me.

I had a unit for close to 14 years and it was near the gate, but it was always safe and I never had any issues with the unit. The prices are reasonable compared with other places. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and professional. The current manager Lynn was very helpful and accommodating with my move out recently. He keeps the property in check. Maintenance crews are friendly.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a place to store stuff.
