I had bad experience with this public storage. Poor customer service in fact Michelle called me to show up on site to fill out an application I started online but no one in the office "we are open" but no one there to help a new customer. Don’t waste your time to call the phone number that is on the door to ask for help because nobody is there to help 👎🏻

We have been paying for a storage unit at this location for many years. They have raised the rent to absolutely ridiculous prices for a storage unit. There is never anyone on site to help you and the only way to ever even speak to a person is to call the sales line and get transferred to customer service who isn't a whole lot of help if you need assistance at the property. There seems to be little to no security whatsoever any longer and the place is simply getting run down. For nearly 600 dollars a month I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service for the money. We have spent 2 months attempting to get access to our unit and still have not even heard from a property manager. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The property manager is hardly there. The office is closed also 2 week days a week. She is not an easy person to deal with and not a very pleasant personality either. The property is old and run down.

Place is very clean. Lock system to actual storage unit is funky. But I will work this out also. Unit was clean. Jasmine was very kool... other lady (Kathy) was nice but missing the personal touch. Uncomfortable around (I believe her name is Kathy from Abilene location) Kathy. Nothing I couldn't handle and she was fine & so was I. Now I was there for a little over a year and they had 2 price increases. One at 6 months and then another at 4 months. The price was (to me) already not what they quoted me. Then to actually raise 1 times before I even moved my things in, the 2 price increase. BS. I moved out then the company wanted to charge me the 1st increase price again BS. I took my things out. They r greedy.

I needed a place for just a month so this was a good deal. I have dealt with Public Storage before, but not this location. I did not enjoy my previous experience, but the price was right so wanted to give it another try. I talked with Stephanie and she was great. She was helpful, nice and professional. This facility is SO nice and clean too. So. I rented. It's been a great experience so far (much different than the last one) and while I am only there a month if I need storage again I will come back to this location. Thank you!

First, when I walked up to the office, it was locked with no sign such as "Back in 15 minutes" and no contact number. Had to wait for 15 minutes until I saw the manager (Stephanie) come in and unlock the door. Looked like she was coming off break since she came around the back from the adjacent/attached living house/apartment. When I went in to rent a storage locker, I told Stephanie what I wanted: a 10x10. She proceeded to ask me about what I was storing in an effort to "help" me decide what size unit I need. Nope--please just give me what I asked for, a 10 x10; I don't need your help to determine what size unit I need. Next, I mentioned I had my own lock and showed it to her. She STILL tried to give me a sales pitch about how wonderful Public Storage locks are - for $20. Nope! You can find the exact same thing at Wal-Mart for about $10, or just bring your own (any brand). There's nothing special about the Public Storage locks. Next, the data pad used to sign the lease agreement is set up in a deceptive fashion. It is set up to look as if you are required to buy their "Orange" insurance. Wrong. Insurance is required but you can use your own. So the "Orange" insurance is OPTIONAL but they never admit this--it's a crummy sales gimmick to get even more $$ from you. If you have a homeowners or rental policy, then you're likely covered; just check to be sure. Lastly, there was the faint odor of marijuana in the office. Pot is legal in Colorado, but smelling it in/near a business is inappropriate. As I left the facility, Stephanie seemed to be going back on break, as she locked the office and went around back to the adjacent/attached living house/apartment. I rented here because it's very close to my house and they accept auto-payment via credit card. On the plus side, the facility appears to be clean (but older/more run-down than most). There are better storage options without the crummy and obnoxious up-sells.

This is the one you want to go to. Stephanie, Vicky and the other gentleman that I spoke to, were really just great people. Totally transparent and extremely helpful. Made my life a little easier during a chaotic move.

The cost of my storage unit increased after 6 months but they informed me of that before I even signed up for anything, so I knew this up front. I highly recommend this Public Storage if you are in need of a storage unit.

I’m glad I went to this storage facility. I noticed and admired how efficient Stephanie was at quickly helping me select a unit that worked best for me. I've rented a storage unit with another company in the past, a "mom and pop" company with one location, owner operated, a bit smaller and with less storage spaces overall. My experience at this Clinton Street/Denver PS location compared to the one I just described is really interesting, the reason for that is that this, one of many Public Storage locations across the country, is the one that has offered the high quality, personal/detailed level of service that I would expect to find from a much smaller company, as opposed to a company the size of PS! I am so impressed by this fact, and I credit this, and all my consistently positive experiences with PS, to this particular location's manager, Steph! She is wonderful- dealing with her from the time I moved into my first (smallest available) unit, to my recent upgrade to much larger space, renting from PS with Steph's assistance has been stress free, and truly a pleasure. She has a keen knowledge of PS's policies, "products and services", as well as a consistent awareness of changing availability etc. My amazing experience renting from PS has everything to do with Steph's top notch management of the location and overall fabulous customer service skills!

Stephanie, the on- site manager is very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. Unit was clean. Since I rented, the front, coded gate has been stuck open. I received a call from weekend person saying there was no prediction of when this may get fixed, although has been reported to corporate. At least it's stuck open and not stuck closed.

Stopped by this location to inquire about renting a unit next month when my lease is up. The manager on duty Stephanie, was very helpful. It has been my experience that people in retail are not helpful and sometimes rude. But Stephanie explained the process to me showed me products that really made me confident about choosing public storage to store my valuables. I usually dont take time to do reviews but Stephanie is what I would call an asset to the company.

WARNING: prices increase 15% p.a. once you are a customer. I've been using this facility for a few years and my rate has increased from $152/mth to $234/mth, which is now massively above the listed in-store of $180/mth for a slightly larger unit. Despite numerous calls, Public Storage won't match the pricing to the in-store price listed online and instead says I should move into another neighbouring unit of similar or larger size (which they know is difficult for me to do as I am not living in the city). And BTW .... all positive reviews look canned

Our experience with this particular location of public storage was AWESOME!!! We just got a huge one a couple of weeks ago since we were moving out of our home, and Debbie was super helpful. Went with us to look at all the various sizes of units available, walked us through the rates, promos, etc. She was the main reason we decided to rent it right then and there. We confirmed about the rental immediately - without second thoughts. Love the security, gate access process, etc. All in all - EXTREMELY SATISFIED !

Debbie helped me with my rental. She was great. She gave me all of the info I needed, answered my questions and was very helpful. The unit was clean and of a nice size.

She is awesome,and really nice to do business with.

on June 14th there was a dead rabbit in our unit. I am upset because the employee made us clean it because she did not "have the stomach for it" and "it is not in her job description." Ok but is this what my husband and I pay $265 a month to have to do? No gloves, no mask, just a broom and pail.  She said it was "unsanitary" yeah you're right! And to make your customers, who pay $265 per month, to clean it is ridiculous.  No protocal, nothing. She could have at least called the manager to say "what do I do next?" That poor animal got trapped in there after they switched the doors out. It starved to death and was dead for two months before it was finally seen. I am surprised our belongings were not tarnished with maggots, but I honestly did not want to look into detail so there is still a possibility. This was my first time visiting the unit and it is shocking and upsetting for my first impression. I tried to contact customer service twice via email with no response and through the 1800 with no response.  This is honestly one of the worst displays of customer service I have ever experinced.  I have already decided to take my business elsewhere.

Stephanie saved the day and saved me money by making short work of the administrative paperwork though she was thorough and clear. I was just in town with a truck I had to unload and return. When other storage places said, "sorry, we can't help you," Stephanie said she was full but then dug deeper to see how she could shuffle and come up with a unit. She saved me money, too, by bringing the first month $1 special to my attention on a larger unit. She sold me up and saved me money. That's good business. Nikki

Perfectly acceptable self storage location. Good people at the desk any time I came in. Reasonable rates (for Denver, anyway), when I didn't finish the month, they refunded me the prorated amount. Special props to Stephanie and Jarron. Two things to be aware of: the keypads for entry and exit are not well situated, expect to have to exit your car until you get a hang of it. And the drives are narrow, and other customers can be jerks who decide to block everything. Not the fault of management. I recommend!

I called this location to get pricing on a unit!...I was greeted very professionally by Jarron...she was very friendly and answered all of my questions!...I have rented at competitors properties in the past, by far Jarron has made this the best experience for me in making my choice to rent at Public Storage!!!....

This is my second time using this particular location and both times I have been helped by Stephanie. She is actually the reason why I came back the second time. As someone who works in customer service, I know when someone is genuinely trying to accommodate. When I was having issues with my last locker, she was able to call me back quicker than most people would and we got it resolved. When I called for the current locker I have, she was able to suggest that I change to a bigger size after I explained the situation. Had it not been for that suggestion, I would have had to sell a large portion of my belongings to fit. If you are renting here, please take a moment and request Stephanie!

good for storage needs. they allow month to month renting. not a fan of the billing cycles being on the first of the month. and the prorate is kind of confusing with the $1 move in special.

I went in to see who was working that day to see if I could get the late fee waived so I could make a payment and I talked to Stephanie she was incredibly nice and helpful and she found a way to help me catch up on my bill and have the late fee waived! I am so happy with public storage and there employees. I have to mention a couple. I had a reservation at the public storage off of leetsdale and forest but I did not want to be that far from my home. Holly the manager at leetsdale and forest found this location and took the time to show me how I would get here from there. This location is only a mile or so from my home. When I got to this location the sweetest lady was here to help the manager Stephanie she showed me a number of units and helped figure a way to get everything to fit. She also knew a lot about what merchandise to buy so that I would not have to worry about my things when I am away. Please keep this lovely ladies they make the company great.
