Honestly I don’t even know how to put into words the amazing service I got from Eric! This is our first time getting storage and we had a lot of questions. Great place to store things
Michelle made the entire process easy, efficient and friendly, from start to finish. I visited the location before reserving s storage unit, so that I could assess the cleanliness, convenience and security of the facility. Michelle found the perfect unit for our storage needs, close to the elevator, for ease of access coming and going, and only one level down from the ground floor elevator stop.
She then walked me through the entire sign up process and had complete and ready answers to every question, displaying complete command of the business. Beyond being so competent and professional, Michelle was warm and friendly from start to finish, providing a very positive impression of both the company and this location. She represents the company exceptionally well and is a very talented employee in all regards, from business knowledge to customer service acumen. She’s a credit to the company. Two thumbs, WAY up!

First and foremost let me give the property manager, Dominique, a big thank you! From the first day til my last day renting a storage unit she stayed pleasant, friendly and helpful. As far as the overall storage facility, it is very clean and always smells good. I felt comfortable having my items stored at the Walnut Creek location.

just wanna share my experience i went to the storage place yesterday with my mom to view a unit cause we are downsizing. and my mom was very clear on what we needed and was a lil difficult but the woman latrcec was very nice and patient with us she showed us at least four different units until my mom was happy she did it all with a smile and a cool attitude we are still deciding between two different storages but her attitude and customer service makes the decision a lot easier

Hi! I rented a small storage unit recently, and I was impressed from A-Z. One of the best things was the great customer service by Sam, who got me set up easily and did everything to make the experience great for me! Not only was it easy, and organized, but the facility and the unit were clean and everything well-maintained. The prices were good too!
