This is a super clean and convenient location. I met with Carlos at the site who was super helpful and filled me in on all the details I’d need to know for my locker rental. Everything went very smooth.
I put a hold on the room I was considering online before visiting the location. I highly recommend doing this as the online price is significantly less than renting from the office at the location. You are not obligated to follow through with the rental if you decide against it. I only had to enter my contact information and cell phone number to put a hold on the locker. Once I was at the site, I was able to view the locker to decide if the location in the building and the size of the unit was appropriate for my needs. I was then able to complete the rental process, payment, etc in the front office at the price I found online.
A couple of notes to keep in mind. Read the location information carefully with respect to what level the unit you are considering is on. Lower level units will be less expensive but will require the use of an elevator to gain access. If you’re going to be accessing your unit frequently, I would recommend not selecting a lower level unit as the elevator access can be time consuming and problematic (especially in the event of an elevator breaking down, which is not necessarily common, but can and will happen.) If elevator usage is needed to access the unit it will be noted online. The outdoor drive up units are the most expensive and are certainly the most convenient, but keep in mind the wind can really kick up here in Santa Clarita on a regular basis so your unit and belongings are subject to getting dusty and dirty when you have the door open. I chose a main level indoor unit.

I am very upset after the manager restricted me from visiting my things until 6 pm, although all people check in before 9 pm. Today I arrived at 5-26 pm and they didn’t open the gate for my storage room number 1047. I’m upset, I was left without my medicine and without my money, which I also trust public storage, they are reliable. Therefore, I would still like the manager to change the gate opening hours for me as well as for all the tenants who visit this place. my neighbor calmly drives by until 9 pm and a lot of other people I’ve met have the same thing. Only there is a bias towards me due to the fact that I speak English poorly and speak Russian well. I hope 🤞 soon the manager will change my time and I will be able to come in early in the morning and late in the evening like all the people of our beautiful country 🤙My things are safe and sound, so I give them 2 stars.🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

They do not know, but the policies are each person tells you a different thing they have poor big business practices, and they nickel and dime you for everything go somewhere else

I've paid for a 8x10 drive up unit for over a year now. Price has gone up on me every 6 months by 20%!! (After a year it is $247/month and going up again next year)
The unit is absolutely infested with spiders. I grabbed a pair of pants from the unit and put them on the next day, only to be bit by a huge black spider on the back of my knee. I watched a mouse run in the door a couple weeks ago and saw a dead one in my unit today (see attached picture).
I've been enrolled in auto pay since I started the rental. Randomly, I get a text that I missed a payment. Immediately go online and find a $30 late fee. Auto pay shows to be disabled even though I never did that. I tried to call this office 5+ times. Left 2 messages and never heard back. Left work early twice to drive there during their office hours and no one was there both times.

Location is convenient and easy to access. The storage unit that we rented was decently clean even though it was one of those outdoor drive ups.
I wish I could rate better but the way they charge their customers who have been there for years is ridiculous. I've never worried about my stuff being stolen at this facility which is a definite plus. The price just keeps increasing though, with no stop in sight. I can understand reasonable increases over time, but not the way they did it.

Increased rent 80% without notice and is in clear legal violation under California Penal Code 396(a),(9) which states:
(a) The Legislature hereby finds that during a state of emergency or local emergency, including, but not limited to, an earthquake, flood, fire, riot, storm, drought, plant or animal infestation or disease, or other natural or manmade disaster, some merchants have taken unfair advantage of consumers by greatly increasing prices for essential consumer goods and services. While the pricing of consumer goods and services is generally best left to the marketplace under ordinary conditions, when a declared state of emergency or local emergency results in abnormal disruptions of the market, the public interest requires that excessive and unjustified increases in the prices of essential consumer goods and services be prohibited. It is the intent of the Legislature in enacting this act to protect citizens from excessive and unjustified increases in the prices charged during or shortly after a declared state of emergency or local emergency for goods and services that are vital and necessary for the health, safety, and welfare of consumers. Further, it is the intent of the Legislature that this section be liberally construed so that its beneficial purposes may be served.
(9) “Transportation, freight, and storage services” means any service that is performed by any company that contracts to move, store, or transport personal or business property or that rents equipment for those purposes, including towing services.
Advertises AC controlled storage for indoor units, then why is it hotter inside this building then outside during the summer? Ever heard of cleaning or maintenance? There’s spiderwebs and dirt everywhere along the staircases as well as The ceilings. Put some of our rent money to good use and touchup the holes and marks on the walls!! There’s soda spilled all over the wall of the units across from mine and mine and on the floor that has not been cleaned up in so long that there’s an ant infestation now!!
Took them over three months to fix the bathroom for tenants to use when they’re here at the storage facility. Three months is a ridiculously long wait for a bathroom plumbing issue to be resolved. I’ve had my unit here for 2 years now and have seen the property go downhill sadly. Previously rented at the nearby location next to Mountasia for 2 years as well and had no issues their. Manager was amazing!! Sadly I can't say the same for this location...
With the amount of money we pay each month for these units, I honestly expected more from the management. Sadly disappointed that I even have to post this. I hope this will actually get your attention, so the much needed problems of this site will be resolved, as they have been ignored so far.

Gloriana was the best! She was so helpful when I was looking for a storage unit. She made sure to help me find something that would fit everything I needed. She also was so clear and thorough when explaining all the fees. Beyond happy with the customer service provided!
My girlfriend and I are renting a unit here. Unit is great. Samantha was extremely helpful, some guy I talked to when I first tried to reserve a unit told me the wrong info but Samantha helped me fix everything. She’s the reason I’m still renting with public storage.

This is my first time renting a storage facility and the process was easy. From speaking with Ahmet over the phone to secure my reservation to meeting Rafael and setting up everything, my experience was uncomplicated. Rafael is personable; he explained the policies and answered all of my questions.
Rafael and the team here have been wonderful. He has taken care of my needs and more. Wish I could I give them more than 5 stars
