Storage is not reliable , not safety . in August 2021 our storage someone was opened and our things were stolen. today 4/2022 and The insurance company still doesn't want to pay compensation, they not answer us, Michael- manager always says he doesn't know anything . Insurance company - not working in this storage.

Customer since before 1990. Expensive but necessary. In 30 years we've never had a problem except that entering the gate was tricky but with their app it's easier.

This storage location is well managed. Michael is a 5 star stand out in customer service. He explained the contract thoroughly and has followed it up with great helpfulness. I highly recommend this storage facility if you need the service Update; I needed my unit for a couple of years and accessed the property often. Michael always checked in on me to see if I needed anything. He has been a great manager for this business I felt safe there and I felt my storage was secure. Never had any problems whatsoever

Terrible experience. Made a reservation, confirmed over the phone. But on the day of move-in the office is closed and they won’t provide access code without checking-in in person. Very unprofessional. Avoid this location.

Hi.actually this isn't Mike it's Cindy and I'm doing the review for Public Storage since I've been using the company on and off for the past several years. I've have to tell you my experience with Mike the manager has been great. He has always gone out of his way to make sure I have everything I need taken care of. He is professional yet easy to talk to. I was struggling a couple months after my mom passed away to get my rent on time. Yet he was compassionate with my situation and never made me feel bad. This company is smart for hiring this quality of a employee. I know my stuff is safe in this location it's always clean and Mike is a great representation of how good Public Storage is. when i get the space they didnt told me the price its going up after a year but they increase it every year why they dont say that about the space? i start paying 100dls when i got it now i pay 150dls i have only 3yrs there its to much for it.

Great storage facility - a very clean and up-to-date facility, good security measures, decent monthly rates, and very helpful and friendly managers (a big thank you to Michael, Nicolas, and the rest of the staff). Each customer is issued their own keypad code and there is secure fencing all around. A keypad code is required - first to enter the grounds, again to enter any of the buildings, and again to exit the grounds. All coded gates and doors close automatically after you drive/walk through. Cameras continuously monitor the exterior grounds. Each storage space steel door has a latch which allows the use of a high-security cylinder lock and 2 additional padlocks if desired. Very nice. Most smaller storage spaces are located inside the buildings while there are larger spaces with access from outside the buildings. There are also a few spaces to store vehicles and trailers. Dollies are available to use upon request. You will be required to purchase insurance and a cylinder lock. A very well-managed and maintained facility!

the manager fabricated a story in order to justify locking me out of my unit where I keep my tools for work. I lost out on up words of 1000$ because of this. From day one the manager was an A. I regret ever giving this facility my money because they prevented me from making a week's wage. I do not recommend anyone renting a unit here.

I was at your storage office in Torrance and was attended to by Karen who was very professional and helpful to me.

Don't even think about going anywhere else. Price matters, but there are a load of other things that matter too. The people running this place do everything they can to keep it clean, accessible and they're friendly to boot.

Our family has rented from Public Storage in multiple locations throughout the last several years. Public Storage in general has always provided a good experience. However, this facility is about the cleanest we have come across. We originally worked with Leslie when we first leased, and we have continued to work with Danielle and Karen. The service levels from each of them have been professional, friendly, and, above all, helpful. We moved out of one of the units this past weekend, and Karen was there to help with carts, access and the final inspection in record time. Of all of the facilities in the Torrance/Redondo area, we recommend this one!

I came into Public storage today to look at some units because my mom is planning on moving soon and she wanted me to give her some storage options. Walking into this location I was greeted by a very nice and respectful employee by the name Karen I believe it was. She responded to all my questions with poise and excellent knowledge about her job. I was given a tour around the area and I have to say it was one of the better taken care of places I've been to with plenty of options when it comes to storage space. I'm definitely putting this place as my #1 option for my mom when she does decide to move.

I was just checking out prices and locations without really planning to rent yet, since I’m moving in a month. But I decided to rent all because of Leslie. She is an absolutely an asset to her company. Her professionalism, her fun and energetic attitude and her sense of humor had me sold. She gave me all the details and made me feel that my belongings will be in good hands. The place is clean, lots of parking, the location is great and in a good area of Torrance. I end up renting and will be moving my things little at a time. I've had to use this location through several moves and the staff especially Leslie who i always see is super friendly! Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out of. My car is always centrally located in their clean facility. Also as woman I appreciate them letting me use the cart whenever I need it to move a heavier load back and forth too

Being in this location plenty of times, it’s safe, it’s clean and the manager is very professional and very attentive! The location inside has been renovated, they have upgraded a lot plus the daily access hours are very convenient! If this location runs so smoothly it’s all because of the Manager Leslie and the rest of the stuff! I have zero complaints, I only have great things to say about my experience in this public storage location. I come here all the time whenever I need to.

I came to close my account and no one was around. This happens a lot here where the site is a ghost town. They charged me another month and now I am over drafted. I am very disappointed.

Fast and efficient

The employees are all very nice. Some are more helpful than others. John is super...very kind, knowledgeable and friendly...The facility itself is very clean. It is very hard to get into at times as the alley is very narrow compared to the pictures. Our biggest complaint is the fact that Public Storage claims "Temperature controlled" Their idea of this is large out take roof fans. I can tell you it is extremely hot on there. So hot that you come out soaking g wet! Enough said!

expensive, they like to add in lots of fees and hike your rent rate this has happened to me twice in only a few months, only 2 pallets for the whole place. EDIT; Now they've raised the rent 3 times in only a little over a year.

Christina was very helpful and made my move and search for storage easy.She has great customer service and knowledge of her property. From the first phone call reserving a unit to meeting Christina in person at the Torrance location, I have had nothing but great experiences with Public Storage. The facility is always clean and well kept and Christina is amazing. She is very friendly, helpful, and seems to always have a smile on her face. I will refer everyone I know to Public Storage of Torrance for their storage and moving needs!

Wendy was fantastic! I got there just before closing at 5:54pm. She was very friendly and personable, took care of me very efficiently, and I left to go to my old unit (I was moving from a large unit to a smaller one to save money). Wendy realized I was unaware of a situation with the lock on my unit, and rather than just put in her time and go off work like most people do, she came looking for me, found me, informed me, and took care of me again, way above and beyond the call of duty. And if she hadn't found me, I'd be stuck. Wendy is very on-the-ball and very pleasant too; you can't teach that kind of stuff. I know, I'm a pastor who has to try and get good people to lead ministries and interface with people. Someone smart should put her in upper management soon!

My first time here and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Exceptional! I needed help related to the built-in lock on my unit and Wendy and Margaret immediately took care of my problem AND made me feel like I was a priority. In addition to the outstanding customer service, the facility is clean, secure and well-lit. I highly recommend it! 2nd Review, Thurs., 2/20...I was going to leave a 2nd review related to my 2nd visit on the same day mentioned above, but it looks like you're only allowed to leave 1 review. I cleared out about 1/2 of the stuff in my unit during my 1st visit - decided to come back to check on downsizing. Once again, Wendy was very accommodating. She efficiently explained my options and the related costs. She also took the time to take me on a tour to look at one of the possible units. Courteous, efficient and professional! Wendy, and the crew at PS Torrance, are doing an outstanding job!

Good Customer Service.The facility looks so much nicer inside and out. , Also, there could be some improvements: 1. The DRIVEWAY has alot of potholes and cracks, it should be repaired. It is so old. 2. They could of done a better job on fixing the floor inside the storage, it doesn't look that great. Good job on getting more carts. 3. They shouldn't allow any pets. 4. They should paint the lines where the park campers, trucks, cars pay to stay. So they can stay within there lines. So whomever can park in between to go into the buildings. I witness a big truck trying to get out, and he had to back out several times and it took him over 10-15 minutes, due to a truck and a big boat in the way, he could of gone out the front gate. 5. The GATES should be replaced, they at times don't open or close properly. 6. GOOD JOB on making the bathroom bigger, but the TOILET SEAT keeps coming off.?Also leaving it unlocked for more convienance, without a key each time. Please sweep for nails, I have gotten so many flat tires, and have picked up so many nails. The contruction people were so careless. Please don't raise the rates, it is great where it is for now.

Wendy was wonderful in every way. Happy, friendly, competent, helpful. I rented a storage space just right for my needs, in very little time. The facility is neat and tidy, and less than 4 miles from my home. I couldn't be happier!

Moving is one of those things everyone does, but nobody really enjoys... kind of like eating vegetables. Over the past couple years, I've moved several times, but only one time was complex enough to require using a storage unit. Now, despite the hassles one might typically associate with moving, I actually had an awesome time with this location and with Wendy specifically. She's very attentive, down to earth, and makes a normally tedious endeavor enjoyable. You guys have a customer for life.

Christina was a huge help and extremely smart about the facility and process. Excellent customer service and I would recommend Public Storage to anyone needing a storage facility.
