I have been a happy customer at this location for the past two years. Serena is amazing! This property is absolutely immaculate. I feel very safe and secure at this location. Serena is forthright and honest and she takes her job very seriously. She is the upmost professional employee and she is the epitome of a hard working manager. Serena always greets me with her most genuine smile. She always takes time out of her very busy schedule to ask me how my day is going. This is by far the cleanest, the safest and the friendliest Public Storage location in the entire Bay Area. I did homework searching six sites before I stopped at #62626. There I got all I wanted! Thanks to the Management Ms. Serena, a dedicated professional woman brought all the elements I expected. The facility is all time kept neat, quiet and orderly. Serena' service is patient, courteous and talked to me so cordially like my family members. Public storage Aqures is suppose to be a climax controlled facility. But the temperature is 90 degrees on the third floor and it bad for your personal items.

She helped me evaluate at all of the available options to find the best solution and deal to meet my needs, including working with their sister location right down the street. When I checked out the units in person, I wanted to make sure my largest item would fit moving in and out of the unit. I toured this facility to find a location to store a vehicle. This location is very clean and would be an ideal location to store a vehicle, unfortunately they didn’t have any units currently available but when it becomes available I will definitely be using this location. The customer service was above and beyond. The two women who helped me, Anna and Serena, provided excellent customer service but more importantly they were genuine, efficient and had a great personality.

We stored our stuff here for a year and all went well in terms of security of our belongings. The best thing about this place is the property manager, Serena. She is so pleasant and professional and responsive. I had some billing issues and she worked very hard to help me resolve things. When I came in for move-out day, she knew who I was and was all ready to quickly close out my account. If I need a unit again, and Serena is still working here, I'll be back in a heartbeat.

This particular Public Storage is great due to it's central location (actually next to Central Expressway) and with 24 x 7 onsite Site Managers like Serena, you will sleep better at night knowing that your belongings are safe and secure.

My company rents 10 large units and has been a client at Public Storage Arques for many years. Diane, the property manager, is outstanding. She always watches out for anything suspicious and will go the extra mile, sometimes even on her personal time, to help with any question or issue. Her customer service skills are commendable. What we regret is the fact that the corporate headquarters disregard our "investment" into this Public Storage location and perfect paying records and keep on increasing the rents randomly as if we were a new client renting one unit only.

I just emptied out my storage unit. The process went very smooth from start to finish.The customer service was excellent, Diane was very helpful. The hours you have access to your unit make it very convenient.They truly know how to run a storage business.
Diane was very helpful and made the process of checking in and out simple. The facility was clean and well maintained. I felt very safe leaving my valuables in this locker.
I used the online easy checkout function to set up the rental of my unit. When I arrived, Diane was able to get everything processed quickly and helped me set up auto-pay. The unit was clean and convenient to access. I came back with a very large moving truck and was thrilled to find out that the property had ample space for manuvering the large vehicle (no having to put it in reverse multiple times just to turn a corner!). A few days after I moved everything in, Diane called to check in and make sure that I didn't need help with anything else, and to tell me that she hopes I have a nice day. That put a smile on my face.
The manager on site, Diane, helped me out and was very kind in doing so!
I thought that Diane made the experience five stars. The facility itself is pretty typical of public storage, my unit was adequate I could possibly upgrade to a larger one now that I think about it. However I squeezed in super late and imposed on Diane and she was very accommodating and nice. I would recommend this facility for nothing else than her wonderful customer service.

Diane was really helpful and nice. On my first night, I accidently didn't engage my lock and out of ALL the units they have, she noticed it and added her own lock until I had a chance to come back. She also had great advice on how to reduce dust on items stored long term. The units are clean, have lighting, are easy to open, and have lots of room to drive a truck in and get back out. If you need any last minute supplies, they have then right there on site. So far, it’s been a good choice for me!

Wonderful management at this facility. Diane is great and has been very accommodating with helping us reserving our unit at this location. We only needed the unit for less than one month however she has provided amazing customer service from the move in to the move out day! The registration process was very smooth. I absolutely loved the drive up units, and loading and unloading boxes and furniture was a breeze! The unit and property were clean which was something that was important too me!

I needed a short 3 month storage for some furniture and went to this place and was helped by Angela and Peter. Talk about fantastic customer service, I was very impressed. They were friendly and very helpful. The facility looked great, very clean and well cared for. They stepped me thru the forms and agreements and escorted me to the locker and explained everything. When I was finished with my 3-mos rental the exiting process was just as easy. Next time I need storage I am going back to see Angela and Peter because I know I will get great customer service !!
