Plus, have longer storage access hours; 5:00 PM & 6:00 PM doesn't work.
I’ve used other storage places before, but this is by far the cleanest. This particular building uses access codes to go in and out. The well thought out process makes me feel safe about my belongings. The staff, especially Pamela, is nice and amazingly helpful. I don’t feel like a number, but rather a well valued customer.

Unfortunately reserving a unit does not mean you get the unit. I reserved a few days in advanced of when I could go get the unit and they called me the day of my rental to say that the units in the size I wanted were all gone.
I asked the point in reserving to which I was told you “reserve the price and the size but it is first come first serve.” This is false as if I had have reserved a size then it would have been available for me. The only solution they had was to transfer my reservation to a facility nearby.
So beware that there is no point in reservations for this facility!

Really secure spot to keep your belongings, not to mention it’s one of the better looking Public Storages I’ve been to. I came in last week to finalize my storage unit spot but realized that I rented a smaller unit than I expected it to be. Thankfully, Pamela was able to help me by checking in with me every day to see if a bigger spot opened up until I was able to secure one that fit my needs. Awesome storage place with a freight elevator, easy location to drive around in the city, and the person who helped me (I believe it was Robert) went above and beyond - showed me multiple units, offered to check other Public Storage locations for me, helped me move a bunch of things via the freight elevator, and was generally super helpful to everyone around there. What an outstanding first impression, totally makes sense why this place is so highly rated.
