This is the worst storage in the entire valley and the lady working here is a very disrespectful person. I arrived and all the units where getting break into cause the person that is supposed to be here wasn't paying attention to who was coming in or out. The storage was completely surrounded by police which they caught the guys but when I ask the lady that works here how long till anyone can go inside she gave me an attitude and now she let her friends in but not me which I am a customer already . Don't come here cause you'll most likely disrespected.

Due to my previous public storage closing I had very little time to find a new storage and transfer all my stuff from the old one to the new one and it was stressful but at this new storage facility at parthenia st. Ms. Gaby was really helpful throughout the process of acquiring the new storage unit and also in guiding me regarding the easiest way I could access my unit especially since I had a few furniture items that were large in size and also pretty heavy. She made a pretty daunting task way easier and I'd rate her 10/10 for customer service.

Not sure how on earth there are so many positive reviews about the manager. When I spoke to her on the phone she immediately gave me attitude and acted like she was being inconvenienced, argued with me about my reservation, refused to be accommodating and then hung up on me mid sentence. She is the most miserable person I’ve ever spoken to. Customer service and sales reps gave me the run around for three hours about my reservation. Told me to cancel my reservation and rebook it but then couldn’t honor the original price. Absolute waste of time.

They said the unit was supposed to be climate controlled, but that unit was well over 85° and unbearable. Fingers crossed my belongings aren’t ruined. They also give you a much higher price than what’s online beware.

I just rented a small 5x5 space and after 3 months of paying rent they increased my rent by 32%. I would understand a 10-15% increase per year but this is absurd. Not to mention they didnt even gave me a 30 days notice, they just slapped me with the bill 3 days before due date. This is bad business practice and corporate greed at its finest. Stay away.

They force u to write a review to do business with them. They put up there prices multiple times throughout the year, they also force u to pay for the month even though u leave the first of the month
I’ve been at this public storage for at least 5 years and have never had any problems. The managers, Julia(prior)and Gaby(current), have always kept the facility clean with regular inspections throughout the day. I started out with their smallest indoor unit(5x5) then moved to a bigger (5x10). The transfer on paper and physically was seamless due to the expertise of these ladies. I recently decided to move to another public storage closer to my home and Gaby made the transition seamless once again. Definitely recommend this place for convenience and super friendly and helpful staff. Thanks!

Don’t rent here management falsely promised verbally said they would prorate my space I was renting if I got out of the unit on time which I did so when it was time to prorate everyone story changed I had to pay a full month because they went back on there word so I had to pay collections because they chose not to deal with it after 5-6yr being a loyal customer paying fees during Covid lock down knowing they weren’t supposed be charged any fees so rent somewhere else just not this location

I wish there were more stars to give. So I've been with this public storage for 6 months. Not only are their rates unbeatable but the customer service is incredible. Everytime I've had a question or needed help with anything I've some how been blessed to reach an employee named gabby. The first time I spoke with her was in the beginning to help me figure out why my card wasn't working and she was so patient, kind and pretty funny. She made the entire experience stress free and flawless. So a couple months later here I am again needing help understanding something with billing and there she was again. Happy positive and sourced every avenue we could take and even gave examples for future solutions if it were to happen again. I am a happy customer and rate 5 stars mainly due to gabby and her customer service. Thank you for your help stay blessed!

My first time using any public storage and I was it was so easy. My storage unit was clean and spacious.Everyone one at public storage was so nice and helpful. Shout out to Gaby she even called me back to let me know I didn’t lock my storage locker correctly but that they properly locked it for me.
People who work here are great like Gaby she is 5 stars all the way .but this review is for the ones running it. carefull I went from paying 250 to 361 n now I’m late on payment due to the pandemic by a couple of days and my bill says 722. Now there is something wrong with the way that they are doing there math or this is the way they screw people over. Isn’t there any tendant laws that protect the people from injustice.
