Unit is in an unlit back corner of the lot. The unit was not clean, not swept, and had some of the previous tenants belongings still there. Garbage around the unit, including old weights and broken glassware. Nails and hooks in the walls of the unit. The app they want you to use to unlock the gate does not work. One cart that I have seen is quite old and in disrepair. Mismatch in pricing between online, and over the phone. Put in my reservation online, and was called multiple times, and pressured to close. When we are done with this storage space, we will not be renting from them again.

I found out this location by search maps nearby storage, also, this place is near highway 101, good location. So I visited the place for my first ever storage rental and decided to rent a unit right away. The place is neatly organized, with the help of the property manager Destiny, I found a perfect unit! I'm very happy!!! If you are new to California or are looking for a good storage place, don't miss this one!

Unattended property with a kiosk to check in. Charged me for a lock I did not need and said the property manager would reach out to refund me for it. But haven't heard from anyone. Location is dirty and not maintained well. I am only using for a month and not storing anything of value. Definitely expect better for the prices of the units.
We booked on-line expecting a very automated service, but were very pleased to receive a phone call from the facility manager double-checking to see if we had any questions or issues. All-in-all, it was a very good experience.

Property was unsecured and gate was left open. The property manager was not available to address this. I would not leave anything here as this company is extremely unresponsive to security threats.
The nicest management ever! They’ve texted and even called me to remind me to update my credit card info and avoid a late fee. How awesome is that?
