I really wouldn’t want to put a bad review on this public storage especially after being a customer for you guys for over a year now and live every single employee , EXCEPT! This new Latina that I have barely been seeing…. There has been multiple incidents where she tries to look for problems and today she honestly crossed the line… a customer came up to her and asked her something and she responding and after the lady left the employee started saying all these bad words towards her which was weird because it didn’t even hear like they were arguing…. But then after that she comes up to my car ( mind you we didn’t get down of the car because we wanted to see what she would do to us ) so since she saw us arrive there and had that whole situation with the other customer she came up to my car and asked us to put our window down and that we need to leave , we can’t hang out here and she has been watching us from the cameras? Baby you saw us get there… at this point it’s personal because how come the other employees don’t tell me things you think are wrong? Mind you everyone has seen us do the same thing over and over… and not once told us a Damm thing… we try to respect the rules and be as clean as possible…. It’s crazy how you don’t know our story and treating us like intruders… please managers check up on her and see if she is okay…. May God bless her heart…

This place has exceeded my expectations l. The customer service is amazing. The two young lady’s at the front desk are very knowledgeable and respectful. The storage rate is a bit pricey. Not being able to get out of the facility after closing is ridiculous . Not getting in after hours is understandable but if I’m here already I should be able to leave freely, or extend operating hours!

I WAS ROBBED AT THIS PLACE! BAD MANAGEMENT SO THERE WAS ROBBERIES ON THE ENTIRE 2ND FLOOR AND THE DECISION BY MANAGEMENT WAS TO FIND PUT AS THE CUSTOMERS CAME IN TO OPEN UP THEIR LOCKERS. SO WHOEVER WAS DOING IT WOULD BREAK THE LOCKS AND REPLACE IT WITH THEIR OWN. THE SAME TYPE OF LOCK STYLE PUBLIC STORAGE PRIVIDES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR SALE. THAT EVEN SOUNDS SUSPICIOUS. COME TO FIND OUT “MANY” PEOPLE GOT HOT ON THE 2ND FLOOR. WE ARE NOW IN NOVEMBER OF 2023 THIS HAPPENED IN JUNE 2023 AND IT WAS MANAGEMENT DECISION NOT TO ALERT OR WARN ALL CUSTOMERS ON THE 2ND FLOOR OF MANY ROBBERIES THAT HAVE OCCURRED. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT DECISION. I EVEN ASKED FOR SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION FOR NOT BEING ALERTED AND THE MANAGER “MITCH” SAID HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME. THEY KEPT ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS IN THE DARK WHILE PEOPLE CAME TO THEIR LOCKER TO FIND OUT ON THEIR OWN. I’ve NEVER HEARD OF SUCH TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT DECISIONS. I WILL DEFINITELY BELOOKING TO PUSH THIS HOWEVER FAR IT GOES. THEY ONLY HAVE CAMERAS AS YOU COME IN SO ITS COMPLETELY OFF THW GRID ONCE YOU INTO THE LOCKER ROOM AREA SO PEOPLE CAN ROB ALL THEY WANT AND THERE WILL BE NO EVIDENCE OF WRONG DOING. AVOID THIS STORAGE FACILITY AT ALL COSTS

Astrid and the other young woman at the desk were such an amazing help. I have never had such a great experience moving and utilizing storage. They were very professional, patient, and were hands on assisting me while I moved by myself. Will be recommending this location to everyone I know!
Hate this place!!!! Its not the workers fault. Public Storage is a rip off. They pull you in at a venerable time and when it all said and done they hit with unreasonable fee increases. It SAD how there doing business in certain communities. Im just saying!
My storage was broken into lost over 30k worth of goods. Employees said nothing when i told them of the issue. When cops came first thing they said was we get called here alot. Several other units got broken into. Then the truth comes out a guy had gotten arrested suddenly the employees remember. Don't rent there its ghetto no cameras. Time for the attorney.
I just need to share that my rental experience with Gennell and Astrid was absolutely 💯 exceptional customer service. From the greeting before I made it to the counter to the good bye before i exited. The ganswred all my questions and offered suggestions as well. Please know they are making this location shine 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I recommend this public storage location because the customer service employees Astrid and Gennell in the front office were very helpful and nice. Both were highly knowledgeable about the units and process. I would also like to point out that the units and bathroom are very clean! Thank you and I look forward to keep seeing your friendly faces.
It has roaches, and the price goes up every 4-6 months. Before your automatic deposit amount change. They will raise the price again. They send my bill to my family members house. Not me, "Irritating"
Crazy thing is if you're disabled the 1st level coast more. The restroom are always locked and or dirty. So, the client has to go back down to the first floor. Then out the building to the office. Then, wait until the employee has time. Usually only one worker on site. That has to do it all. Clean the restroom, let people in and out cashier among all others services needed at the time. You make have time for you to relieve oneself. As this is not a small facility, and only one elevator works. So bring a bucket. The wait on the elevator can take time. As others will prop it open. So, why isn't the restroom open on each floor?

Gennel and Alexis are two of the best property managers that I’ve ever encountered at any public storage facility. They’re always doing their jobs. They’re very courteous and professional. They place stays clean.
The facility is nice, however be aware that price increases about every six months, it's just their policy.
Alexis an Janelle provided excellent customer service to me when I checked in June 1st. Alexis, especially went the extra mile to help me exchange rooms when I asked.

Proceed with caution! Word of advice is to go check out your unit ON your scheduled move in day to make sure it’s in good condition because what they WILL tell you is that you don’t have to move in on move in day (which you can’t choose the date that’s most convenient for you), what they WON’T tell you is that you won’t get your money back if you come after and tell them about your unit looking like it’s been tampered with and you feel uncomfortable putting your belongings in there and want a refund as a result. All they told me at the front desk is no units are available there to swap to or there’s none nearby. They didn’t seem to take interest in the fact that units are tampered with (more than just mine that I saw). They’ll quickly give you the option to vacate the unit and don’t even seem to care. Rip off & unsafe. BEWARE

My things where in storage for barely a day and someone broke in my unit ransacked it and stole the majority of my valuable hard earned things. We get a call informing us of the break in from the staff. I come down before closing to find my things in disarray and my most valuable stuff gone. I was told to file a police report and contact insurance. The things stolen was well over 5k but 5k is the maximum that insurance will pay. I am so disappointed.

Worst experience ever place seem nice and clean but isn’t. My things have been stolen out of my unit! Notice a step stool in front of my unit but didn’t pay it no mind until I came back again to get more things out of my unit and notice things were missing! Over 5k was stolen!!! and they give everyone these locks that’s like... can’t fit your own lock! -___- they probably never update the keys they give! And so of course they have access to your belongings! Not a trusted place at all!!! Do not store high cost valuables if you want to keep!
I forgot to give this review yesterday, but Marcela and Shayla were amazing!!! Customer service was great, and I completed a rental online, and then came to the office because I was confused on how it worked, and both of them helped me every step of the way.

Came in to see about renting a storage in a couple of months and Angie did an amazing job of showing me around. The place was VERY clean and smelled amazing. She did a great job at answering all my questions, I’ll deff be coming back when in a couple of months to get my storage here.

Unfortunately, my initial experience was not positive at all. My move in date was scheduled for Sunday but on Friday I received a call admonishing me for going into the facility. I did not. To make matters worse I chose contactless interaction and took care of everything online but when I got there the code I was provided would not work. After a few visits to the front office, I finally received a new one. Very frustrating!
Very helpful and nice. They do help if you’re late on a payment in these hard times. If you’ve paid on time in the past - they will definitely help you as they’ve helped me today with crediting me back for the next round of rent. Thank you very much!
