I recently rented a space at this Public Storage location and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was and how well maintained and secure the storage facilities are. I had the pleasure of meeting Raenell, the manager, early-on and she's always been so welcoming and friendly.

Ranell is the best!! We came back here after leaving in 2015 specifically....because of her and our great experiences we've had with her. Also recently Andrew fixed my storage door on a weekend that broke in the middle of loading up my things and we had to put a spare lock on it until he fixed it that day. I was most appreciative that he got on the task right away. 👍👍👍

After a night of shear terror of calling customer service support line and then not able to find my account, they insisted I go into the nearest PS to see if they could help. Raenell was not only patient with me but got the job done with a smile! Couched me down from my ledge and immediately got on the phone to figure it all out. The PS in which I was renting from in another state had got bought out and didn’t tell me! The tears and joy that came from that finding ending with the most needed hug from Raenell! I could NOT have asked for a better person to be on the other end. If I could give MORE stars I would!! Customer service with a human touch! Highly recommend this Public Storage!!!

UPDATE: Finally got a hold of the district manager and was able to handle my problem quickly and we are now good to go. Thank you Unfortunately am going through a bad experience working with management and upper management they charged me for an extra month that I wasn't even in the unit for. The site manager along with another site manager confirmed that I shouldn't be charged for this. Requested a refund got denied from someone and when I try to contact the district manager he never answers or respons to my email. Terrible customer service.

I would like to say if you are looking for a storage unit, Public Storage at 6041 Sunrise Vista Drive in Citrus Heights is the best. The area is kept very clean and has easy entrance and exit, with gate access through your phone. The area seems very safe and secure. The Manager, Raenell is very pleasant and helpful she provides excellent customer service and actually cares about the renters. I highly recommend this storage facility, I feel my belongings are safe when I leave.

Raenell, the property manager at the 6041 Sunrise Vista Dr. Citrus Heights, CA location is something special. You can tell right away that she cares about helping people. Of course the service and ease of use for this facility is all top notch, but it’s because of Raenell’s personality and work ethic. It is very rare to find an employee like Raenell, even at the highest levels of a company. You can tell that she puts her heart into what she does, and really cares about customers’ overall experience. Our unit was clean, bug-free, climate controlled and the perfect size for our needs. Raenell was helpful, easy to work with, and extremely friendly and knowledgeable when I rented the unit. She was always available via phone which was a great help because we live in the MIdwest but needed a locker in Citrus Heights. It's been a very positive experience using Public Storage Sunrise Vista in Citrus Heights. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

While my stuff was being stored here, this place was 100% reliable. Raenell, the manager of the location is probably the best Public Storage employee I've ever met. In the past, I've had items stored in storage units in New York, the Bay Area, Southern CA, Jersey, and Sacramento. I'll say it again, Raenell easily stands out as the best Public Storage employee I've ever met. She takes pride in her work, and she takes pride in being the best possible employee she can be.

I have had my items stored here for the last 11 months and I have nothing but great things to say. The property manager is very nice and extremely helpful.. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is going well and even helped me out by offering me a more cost effective option which saved me about $40 a month! I would highly recommend them for any storage need!

I have to say I have used quite a few storage facilities and this is by far the best. Super friendly and great service. The units that I have at least have lights in them which is so nice and it’s climate control. That is a big deal to me since I have had to go through storage units in the past in rain or 100* heat and it was miserable. Definitely recommend!!!

Raenell and her husband are simply awesome. I've been renting a unit for several months now at this location. The property is always clean and secure, and they go out of their way to make sure you're well taken care of. As an example, I came to access my unit right when they opened. I had heavy items and was looking for a cart. I circled the lower level, and when I got back to my vehicle, a cart had magically appeared. Raenell popped out from a hallway a minute later. She had seen me on the cameras and knew all the carts were on the upper floors. She brought one down for me. Very sweet thing to do. If we weren't moving out of California, my wife and I would probably keep a unit here forever.

I found Raenell to be professional, educational to those who have never rented storage units before. She took the time to explain all details of where, when and why. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Raenell was a "life saver" to me many times over. Helping me navigate a move into 2 units around 8 pm at night. They now close at 6:00. But, she was there for my needs every time I visited the property. She scores a 10! Raenell went over and above her duties. Excellent customer service. Thank you Raenell.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at this public storage. The facility is clean and every time I visit my storage unit Raenell goes out of her way to say hello and check in. The Property management team at this location has been very helpful. Even with the Covid Pandemic. I had lost my job, advised them of it and they allowed me time each month to keep from losing my property. I thank them all and the Site Administration. The mgmt. team was able to locate me another unit within fairly close proximity to my old unit , at a lower monthly rate, a bit smaller but it helped me to recognize what was worth keeping and what I could get rid of. I would recommend this facility to anyone that was need in the Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks area any time.

Raenell has always treated me with such consistent, awesome customer service as she calls me by my first name every time I see her. She sees to my needs whatever they are and makes sure I receive a great, fair price for my unit. I feel confident that my belongings are safe, secure while receiving friendly personable service which feels like friendship. The property is always clean and in tip top condition! The rules and regulations are clear to everyone which helps you feel secure that you belongings are safe. In my opinion, she has been an asset to Public Storage that will be hard to beat!

Raenell has always been amazing. She is friendly, communicates, and goes above and beyond. I've had my unit here for 3 years and never had a worry. She's great!

We accidentally left our unit unlocked (missed on of the holes) unknowingly. The next day, Raenell called to notify us of the incident, and she had added another lock on top to ensure our property was protected until we could swing by and re-lock ourselves. The customer service has been impeccable and we feel that our belongings are always safe in Raenell's hands.

They do not put the prices up every year. We have not had any difficulties with them.

Today I went into public storage to find out information on getting a unit. Taylor was the woman at the property at the time and she seemed very cheerful and happy to help. When I was asking question in regards to price and location she told me she would do some research and could figure out a specific unit that will fit me best. I felt that she went above and beyond trying to find something within my price range and met my needs all while being so friendly and kind. I will definitely be recommending public storage and Taylor as well.

The owner is often in the office. Always friendly. Knows me by name. They make rounds to make sure your space is locked properly. If it is not sucure they put a lock on it for you. The gate stays locked after hours till thw morning. Yoy need a gate code to get into the lot. If your space is in the building you also need a code to open the door. I could have tried relocating but the customer service mad eit worth the drive and staying. I had a fairly small unit and with large tubs fit a lot into it

Raenell the manager was so knowledgeable and professional as she helped us with our storage needs! The owner as well, who was on site was a very kind and friendly man. The property is well kept and very secure!

Knowing that she checks the locks every time she works, with the alarms and cameras makes me know my stuff will be safe there.

I came and got to move stuff in the same day and my unit is inside so I love that I'm not sweating so much while loading:) there is a large Dolly and Raenell at the desk makes me feel very welcome. I came for the hours but since they are open until 9pm but I'm grateful that they are also the most professional and clean as well! PS there are high ceilings so it stores more!

This is an excellent storage facility. I had friends and family move my stuff into storage. Raenell was there to help make things run smoothly and even offered cold water for everyone since it was a hot day. She really is on top of everything and makes you feel very welcome. The storage space has been consistently clean and dry even during the rainiest weather this winter. Getting in and out of the compound is also a quick and easy procedure. The high point though, is Raenell, the manager - who runs a tight, efficient ship, but also gives great customer service !

I placed my reservation “on line” needing a large unit for the next day. Raenell called me first thing upon opening the next day to confirm my order. This has been the most pleasant experience I've encountered with any storage facility. The lovely lady who runs it, Raenell, is wonderful and her customer service and demeanor is matched by none. Great place, and people.

Great location and clean grounds. Units are nice and tidy. Great ammenities; restrooms, dollys for customer use, and last minute supplies can be bought in the office. Raenell is a very sweet and accomadating manager. She treats everyone like family and makes you feel very welcome and secure.

Raenell, the manager at this Public Storage location, has been very helpful to my family and I. Baring some minor computer glitches, I have had no problems in the two years I have been a customer.

This public storage facility is awesome it might be a smaller complex but what they lack in size the make up for in service i have been renting there for close to a year and a half now and its only getting better

This is the second time I've use this facility in the last two years. I find it to be clean, secure, and the staff are very nice. They recently added another layer of security by using coded locks on the doors for the interior units. I really like that. Ranell and Abraham were very helpful. Closing out was a quick process and I will use this facility again. Thank you Ranell for making this a painless and pleasant experience.

We have used this facility many times for many years (over 10 years) to store our items for short term duration when our garage gets overfull. We have been extremely pleased with the location, ease of access and egress, cleanliness of the facility, and especially the helpfulness, courteousness, professionalism and great smile form the property manager, Raenell. We noted additional security measures in place this year, which is appreciated. We will definitely use this facility again, when the need arises.

I have been using public storage for almost 2 years now, and i must say RAENELL is truly the best! She's so kind and welcoming , and always puts the effort into knowing her clients. never a disappointment when shes there :).

I just closed my storage after 3 years. Raenell is amazing. She knows every client by name and is so friendly. Once I accidentally left the second door to my unit unlocked and they called me immediately. I happened to be just across the street eating lunch so I was able to go right over and lock it. The building was always clean and safe. It was suggested when I first got my unit not to come at night alone. I really appreciated the reminder, because I am so independent I would of not even thought about it. Great rule any where. There was never any problems the whole 3 years. Great experience, company, staff and location.

Raenell's Customer Service is exemplary! And not just with her management of our rental space for my mother's storage. But also as expressed by other people we encounter here & elsewhere. Her management makes customers want to be excellent renters! She would make a top-flight Training Instructor for your entire organization. She runs a extremely clean & orderly operation. Every unit is spotles & beautifully maintained. She has also trained her employees very well. This facility & it's management is the best facility we have ever experienced anywhere. I was looking fur a small storage unit when moving from a house to an apartment. After I met Raenell, I need to look no further. She answered all my questions and made me feel right at home. The property was clean, reasonably priced and they had many different unit sizes to accommodate my needs. I've had my storage here for over 3 years now and couldn't be happier with it. We had a great experience going to this location with Public Storage. we were helped greatly getting settled in the right size storage needed and we were given great advise about boxes to prevent bugs entering our new storage space. The office lady is very nice and very welcoming. She greets us every time we return to put more things in storage. I would recommend this Public Storage to everyone and especially this location. I look forward to remaining a customer with Public Storage and this location as long as storage in needed for my things. I also am grateful to hear that the property is walked through for security purposes and always checked to make sure everything is locked and secured at all times. This is the best place for anyone to have their things stored and walk away knowing their things will be safe.

This location of Public Storage offers everything you could ask for and more. The more is the RAENELL! She is an absolute gem. Always helpful, friendly and such a treat that I actually pay my bill in person instead of online just to say hello!
