The worst place of all, where the subject is not treated like a human being! And if you don't speak English, you're nobody and your name is nothing. I sold some stuff to the guys in the parking lot. I had no idea it was illegal in their parking lot. They limited my time, okay. No one else came to see me here. And today they put up the eviction paper. In two days! So they steal our stuff and money. I have payment until the end of the month, which they also take for themselves

Overall I would recommend this site. The ladies on staff are wonderful. The building and units are very secure and comfortable, well lit, & the lower level indoor area is cool even when it's 100 degrees outside. I wish the hours when we can access our units were longer, though. 6am to 6pm is not late enough. There needs to be a couple more carts too. I had to wait for other people to be done to use one.

I have used their storage unit for my work belongs for over a year now. I feel safe, it is always clean and a cart is easy to find. However, every 6 months my price does raise and I have to flag it with the office and it is not always corrected.... However, I went to the office the other day because my price was raising by $50 and the front desk worker, Chrissy was VERY nice and helpful. I wish she always working in the office!

I recently rented a space at this Public Storage location and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was and how well maintained and secure the storage facilities are. I had the pleasure of meeting Raenell, the manager, early-on and she's always been so welcoming and friendly.

Ranell is the best!! We came back here after leaving in 2015 specifically....because of her and our great experiences we've had with her. Also recently Andrew fixed my storage door on a weekend that broke in the middle of loading up my things and we had to put a spare lock on it until he fixed it that day. I was most appreciative that he got on the task right away. 👍👍👍
After a night of shear terror of calling customer service support line and then not able to find my account, they insisted I go into the nearest PS to see if they could help. Raenell was not only patient with me but got the job done with a smile! Couched me down from my ledge and immediately got on the phone to figure it all out. The PS in which I was renting from in another state had got bought out and didn’t tell me! The tears and joy that came from that finding ending with the most needed hug from Raenell! I could NOT have asked for a better person to be on the other end. If I could give MORE stars I would!! Customer service with a human touch! Highly recommend this Public Storage!!!

Unfortunately am going through a bad experience working with management and upper management they charged me for an extra month that I wasn't even in the unit for. The site manager along with another site manager confirmed that I shouldn't be charged for this. Requested a refund got denied from someone and when I try to contact the district manager he never answers or respons to my email. Terrible customer service.

BEST service from any storage facility I’ve ever dealt with. Super helpful knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always clean inside and outside units alike.They actually have a cart or 2 available to use unlike most facilities where it’s maybe 1 or none and usually being used if they did. Recommend this location over any other public Storage location

The area is kept very clean and has easy entrance and exit, with gate access through your phone. The area seems very safe and secure. The Manager, Raenell is very pleasant and helpful she provides excellent customer service and actually cares about the renters. I highly recommend this storage facility, I feel my belongings are safe when I leave.

Our unit was clean, bug-free, climate controlled and the perfect size for our needs. Raenell was helpful, easy to work with, and extremely friendly and knowledgeable when I rented the unit. She was always available via phone which was a great help because we live in the MIdwest but needed a locker in Citrus Heights. It's been a very positive experience using Public Storage Sunrise Vista in Citrus Heights. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

Raenell has been there the whole time. She truly cares about the customers needs. She follows up with everyone. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Raenell has been to do business with. On the first day it was like seeing an old friend again. The unit and building was clean as was the whole area inside.
