I had an easy and quick experience for my first time walking into a public storage. I introduced my self to Morgan at front desk who had no problem helping me out looking for the storage unit that was right for me and within less than 10 minutes, I was done. Keys in hand ready to go.

It took me a while to find a descent storage place that not only had great rates but good security and amazing staff. I want to acknowledge Toteana who helped us through this entire process. She was so helpful and understanding. She explained the security of the property, cameras, and the functionality of the gates. She took her time showing us how to lock the unit and made sure we felt comfortable unlocking and locking the unit. This move is going to be really stressful and I can't thank Toteana enough for her kindness and support. She is just a super amazing human being. Edit.. We just moved out and the process was easy. Property manager Morgan answered all questions. Thank you!

I was a little hesitant to store my car but decided to call Public Storage. I got a reservation close by in minutes. Then Morgan got me set up in the office in no time so I could go back to working on moving out. The process was very smooth and friendly. I picked up my car early in the morning without any issues and I got my final accounting on the same day. It was a great experience all around and Morgan made it extra nice.

Excellent customer service; Property Manger Morgan is always able to answer any questions I have. I store at a different site but work near this location so I pay my bill at this site from time to time. I would definitely recommend this location based upon the customer service I have been provided every time I come in.

I wrote a bad review about a month ago because they increased my rent after 5 months by 35%. That jump in dollars went from 207.00 to 270.00. They called me to try to resolve and lowered my rent. They were a little bit successful blaming it in a system that changes rent everyday and not the greedy owner that claims this is market rent. They got me to 245.00 with related fees it went down to 260.00 they saved me 10.00 a month. Kudos for trying. They are currently advertising for 217.00 online for my size unit BTW. They are nice but not good enough to change my review. I will be giving my notice once I pay my big bill.

The place is always clean enough but the bathrooms are always locked, their are no garbage cans anymore. The gate is slow & the code pads not convenient either going in or out!

Great experience so far! Anitra the site manager is friendly and competent. Check-in was easy, her instructions were thorough and helpful, and the space seems really accessible and safe. Only complaint was no warning on website about required insurance, which bumped up the price a minimum of $11/month.

The manager is rude and doesn’t do her job. There is no announcement or any type of reminder at closing time and the manager will call the cops if you are not off the property at exactly 9:00pm without any warning.

Property manager is super nice and helpful

After 6 Months Raised Rent +15%. I can expect an increase in rates but 15% in the first 6 months. WOW! and then I was told they will regularly review and raise rates. Bye! They seem to be inconsistent in the policies they point to in their contracts. Ex. My contract says they will "Email" me when rates are changed. But when I explained I still have not seen an email specific to a rate increase I was told it was mailed to me. Anyways, at a more straight forward, reasonable spot with predictive rate increases.

I've been here several years. The staff and onsite manager, Anitra are great. Ez beeezy, great renter screening, immediate expulsion If any creepies happen to get a space and shouldn't. Very stable long term other professionals mostly as co tenants- we watch out for the property and each other and Anitra immediately dispatches anyone questionable when alerted- so we are in great hands. Convenient location, great hours. Thumbs up. Solid.

I rented a 10 by 10 drive up unit while I did some home remodeling. My belongings stayed safe dry and clean during my six month rental. The convenience of a drive up unit is wonderful. The office staff was polite and helpful. Don't forget to bring a copy of your homeowners/renters insurance policy or they will add another $10 per month for "insuring" your belongings.

Have used this place before and was very happy with the people that were there. Was concerned when I saw a new face. But, Anitra is wonderful. She is very good at what she does. I'm sure whatever they pay her it's not enough, but, I sure hope she won't leave. She is friendly and professional. And, truthfully, she must have a difficult job the way they keep raising the fee's. Last time here they never raised mine. Now 2X and very significant. I would have marked way down, but, for her I give 5* keep smiling, Anitra, and make sure those corp. people treat you right. You could go anywhere!

Fast good service. Pretty straight forward getting a spot. Did run into couple things not mentioned, required insurance and purchasing the lock, but not big hindrances. All in all satisfied.

The Staff (Anitra) is great and professional so they have that going for them. The facility is a bit old and grungy but it works. I would say the prices are competitive, but there are newer places around for the same or better price if you drive a bit more. For the staff 5 star, over all facility 4 star which I think is generous in that regard.

The Property Mgr. Anitra made my 1st public storage rental a very pleasent expierence. Shes got an Awesome personality and she is sure to take the time to satisfy her customers. its Not the typical retail expierence where its a race to see how fast The Associate can get the customer out the door... She took the time to completly switch my storage unit after spending the time to finalize the original 1st one we had done. Anyone needing storage needs or even just need to pick up boxes or moving supplies. Drop by and see Anitra she will send you away with a smile and a satisfied expierence. Not to mention shes freakin gorgeous and cool as hell. I never take the time to write a review but this overall awesome expierence i had in a time of feeling stressed and sorta mad she was very professional and cool and made the whole thing go smooth which kinda turned the mood around. My name is John Bittner and I just recently rented a space from Anita the property manager of this location and she was very helpful, she took the time to find out exactly what I was storing to make sure she got me in the right size at the best affordable price, she showed me a few different units each were very clean as well as the property her relief manager Mikey has been very helpful too, as I'm writing this review with his smart phone since I am not able to write one with my tablet. Both Anitra and Mikey have excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this location for any storage needs.

Best customer service experience yet! The manager Anitra was super helpful and found me just the right unit for my storage needs. It is located near the highway which it pretty convenient for me and the cost is reasonable. It feels good knowing that my property is safe and secure at this facility. I'm giving them 5-stars for their professionalism and friendliness.

I love this location, the staff and convince of access is top notch. They have been so kind and very understanding. They keep it clean & safe. Its close to home and my office so I feel I have a double win. The price is steep but when you compare to the competition, they dont come close to this lovely and secure of an environment. Excellent service. Good prices. What's not to recommend? Was helped my Anitra today. Very helpful and professional. Quick polite service at a reasonable rate. Well if you only rent for two months then its a give away being first month is $1 plus about $20 admin fee. Closest you can get to freeway exit and entrance is a definite bonus as well.

I went in super stressed about the remolding we were doing at our home and Marrisa was a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Knowing that I was really stressed she informed me that she would be following up with me to answer any other questions I might have and sure enough a few days later that call came in. She made this the easiest part of the remodel.

While other storage facilities may be comparable in price, a good consistent attitude of customer caring makes the price less relevant due to the value of business professionalism coupled with compassion. I have a great customer service from Kim the Manager. Every time I had a question on availability of picking a vehicle storage place Kim did and has done her research. I store my work truck at this location. I am very pleased with the daily customer service. When Kim is on shift I am greeted in the morning and when I return I am also greeted. I had a very positive customer experience with Public Storage over a 3-year period and I attribute that to Kim, the manager. She was professional, caring and concerned that I had all of the information that I needed and explained the process meticulously. When I visited my storage space, she greeted me by name, smiled and showed interest in me as her customer. I own a small business...if I owned a large company and I was looking for employees, Kim is the model employee I would look for. dis is a pretty nice public storage location. I have to say it's actually cleaner than the others i been to. customer service there is great too. the lady manager there is a nice lady, she's always so friendly (Kim i think is her name) anyways good job.
