I’m editing my prior review solely for one reason and one reason only Deedee is amazing. She is so kind and efficient, and she genuinely cares about the people she has renting units. I have moved a few times since my previous post so I kept the unit because of various reasons. Thank GOD they have gotten rid of Tsvi….. he was absolutely the worst person to deal with and you could never find him when you went there. Deedee is absolutely amazing and I hope she is around for a long time! If I could give a lower rating I would. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I got was a lot of wasted time Tsvi or whatever his name was. Would not list the multiple time that i told him I had rented there before and despite how insanely over priced they are that I need a unit quickly because the apartment I was going to rent fell through. He kept rambling on and on about useless information that i told him I didnt need. I cant stand when someone goes out of their way to take an inordinate amount of time out of your day. If I hadnt expressed my rush more than once due to having to be at work and not finding out till the last minute about having to get a storage unit it wouldnt have upset me but had mentioned it multiple times and he continued to drone on and on. Then calls to ask me if I meant to give the 1 star review. I said yes and he kept asking over and over why. I explained that he wasted my time. Normally i am not one to complain but it took me almost 15 minute to get him to stop on the phone and then it was only because i hung up. Looking somewhere to switch my items to now because I will not continue to be harassed and have my time wasted. Also not wasting my money there they are extremely over priced and the insurance is a joke. My couch and bed alone cost more than the highest tier they offer.

I had a unit for a short period of time. No issues getting the unit and getting access. There was a bit of a misunderstanding on my part when trying to vacate. But the property manager Nikki was extremely helpful when I explained the situation. She helped me properly vacate and dismissed fees I was getting charged as a result of my misunderstanding. Would definitely go back here if I ever need a unit again.

My experience with this location has been wonderful being that i rented from this location before and my customer service rep named TSVI was very great in detail and went over everything i needed to know especially the changes since last time i rented he was very great.
