I honestly don't do reviews and this might be my first one because I feel most of them are bots anyways but I am doing this one because I am honestly sitting here almost in tears of gratitude for the great assistance and kindness delivered through the man working today, Ervin, gave me relief in a few of my issues with all the technical and financial 'hiccups' that occurred during my sign up process. I now feel great ease and calm in further my confidence to manage my unit knowing you've got at least one efficient, kind, and patient working man on the job providing what seems an impeccable service not just to me but others as well. (I completely snooped and reviewed other reviews just to see what other evidence there was)

I love Public Storage! The property I rent with them is in a good location and is very well kept. The best part is that they have an office with staff that are there to help you in renting, payments and anything else you need. Vanessa is a staff person there and she was friendly and helpful from the start and continues to be. Vanessa is a great person to have representing Public Storage. It is so nice to be able to go to your storage unit knowing someone is there if you need something.
I’ve rented storage units from a number of well known storage companies and have not been happy with the way they handle the storage units and their impersonal relations to their customers, as they are non-existent. There is no one present and you are stuck with phone prompts and communicating with a computer.
I highly recommend Public Storage. FIVE STARS!!

Could use some landscaping but staff are nice.
Alot of trash floating around and nails or screws in your tires every other trip. Everything is over grown and looks like crap. They must of seen my review. They have cleaned up all trash and over grown brush. They painted every building and resealed the parking lot.

Fairly priced storage place, does have indoor/climate controlled options. The lady on site was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time using/needing a storage unit. She made sure I understood the whole process and wrote my codes/information down for me. She literally went over everything with me. Highly recommend this place for your storage needs, would suggest to start your reservation online. I was able to reserve a unit and get a good deal this way. It ended up being the last inside unit of the size I needed on deal available. If I would not have reserved it prior online, probably wouldn't have got it or the deal. (To the lady working, sorry this came in a bit late! Lol) Will update with photos next time I am there.

It's a Great Place for Storage
Great place to rent storage, the manager is nice but won't take any dumping of trash on the property.
Very friendly and honest staff. I terminated my contract and sent in my keys and what I thought was my final payment. I immediately received a call and was told I did not owe anything further and that they would shred my last check. It was me who misunderstood the procedure but it was them who did the right thing. I would recommend this location for anyone needing storage.
