I have had a great experience with this Public Storage location in Greensboro. The unit was clean, ready when I arrived, and exactly as described. Access to and from the secure, gated property has been very easy, especially using the Public Storage app. The property itself is also very clean and well-maintained.
I recently had a question and a quick need with my unit, and LuAnn was there to save the day! She even got on her golf cart and went to the unit with me to make sure everything was okay. It turns out everything was perfectly fine, but LuAnn wanted to be sure. She was friendly, helpful, and really went the extra mile.
I’m very glad I found this unit. It is a fair price for a clean unit, a secure and clean property, and the excellent customer service I received. Highly recommended!

This storage facility is great! Reserving the unit was simple, and the prices are more than fair. They were offering a special when I moved in as well. They provide a lock and it’s already in the unit when I arrived to store my belongings. The app works great to see any messages from the property managers and it just takes the push of a button on the app to open the entrance and exit gate. After I had moved in, Shirley called me to ask if I had any questions and to check that I had moved in okay. I definitely would recommend this facility to my friends and family!

Nat was such a gem! We had a great experience and customer service throughout our lease. Nat was actually at our unit when we arrived and we were able to notify them that we would out within a minute or two. Nat instructed us to come to office when we were finished to complete the move out process. When we were done, Nat was in the office already to assist us and got us out in a blink of an eye. Exceptional customer service!! Thank you so much Nat and Public Storage. We will definitely think of you guys whenever we need you business again!

UPDATE: Fast forward 5 months, I've secured my new home and am ready to take all my stuff there. I call Dani and tell her it's time and I'm surprised that I feel kinda sad.?. I want my stuff back, certainly, but I'm a little sad that my relationship with Dani will be ending now as far as seeing her when I went to my unit, etc. She was the first person in my new town that made me feel like she had my back, that my stuff would be fine with her. I've also called her and asked for recommendations and she's always been so helpful... just a 5 star, solid, awesome human... thanks so much for all you've helped me with Dani, I appreciate you!
