Phenomenal service and experience. Competitively priced. Great customer service and knowledgeable well spoken staff. I was dreading using a storage unit after an experience elsewhere but this place made we wish I saved myself the headache and brought it here sooner rather than look for options rather than store. Make sure you ask for Elijah! Well spoken helpful and courteous gentleman who made the whole experience go smoothly for me. Phenomenal storage option 10/10.

I came into public storage at 4102 today and had the pleasure of meeting Malakiy the property manager at the location btw he has the best customer service I have received while looking for a storage unit and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received although they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this location. It’s my second time storing here and this time i got help from Jamie who is an Amazing worker. Felix and Connie were both so great! They were both so friendly and helpful! While the storage size we were looking wasn’t available, they did accommodate us with an even better one ! Glad we went and got to talk to them before making a decision! Connie called after i made an online reservation and invited us to see the storage space, and Felix helped us find the best option and showed us the storage ! Very thankful for their help.
This is my first time using Public Storage, I have used other companies before. Staff, Felix and Jamie, went above and beyond to move me in when Felix noted an issue with the door of the space. He notified management and was able to move me to another unit that was secure. I appreciate the initiative and quick action.
The prices were great for the unit I needed. Access is easy and secure. The space is clean and well maintained. Signing up is a no brainer, you can do it by phone or online.

The whole storage process was new for me so honestly I definitely needed good and helpful assistance and I couldn’t be more pleased not only picking public storage but I was so thankful and happy I got my help from Felix Lasalle. He was very kind and helpful and most of all patient took me through all the steps real easy!

Clean building, nice space for storage and made super easy with the online reservation option. Zaiah, who helped us once we arrived, was super helpful and explained everything clearly. The only thing we didn’t love about the process before arriving at the facility they didn’t tell us there was mandatory insurance which is an extra cost. However, because the online price was so great we weren’t deterred from moving forward.
And it helped that there was A+ service once we arrived

Love this location. The people who work here are very professional and are always willing to help with any problems I have. They always find a resolution.
