Finding a good storage unit with helpful and respectful workers is hard to find . I got recommend by a friend to go to this public storage . She said that the worker upfront was very nice . So when I went the manager named Payton was very insightful with helpful at the farmingdale location .

During my experience at public storage I was attended by a nice young man by the name of Peyton he was real helpful in explaining the process of renting and showed me all the available options I had with my stay at the company I found this to be one of the best customer service attendances in a rental storage facility yet.

This place is great. They are very fair with pricing. Melissa does an amazing job making sure the facility is clean and secured properly. I have been renting my 10x20 unit since 2021. I am at this facility every day and there hasn’t been a time during business working hours that I don’t see Melissa walking around the building just to check in and making sure everything is good. There has also been 3 occasions where Melissa called me saying that my unit was locked correctly. Keep up the great work.

It’s the Cleanest, Most Professional, with the best Customer Service. Moving is hard as is , but it has been the easiest Transition using this public storage. Ask for Melissa, I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and she made sure i had all i need moving into my unit. I would Highly recommend this location.

Went in to Public Storage today after having issues finding storage for the last few weeks. Worked with Heather at the front desk who was extremely helpful and kind.
