Make sure you pull mirror in others don't care because hard for 2 cars to be side by side.
This is not the place to bring big uhauls, or small if you can't drive...
At first there was some issues with the unit I rented. Tammy took care of everything! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. She even called to check on me the next day. Excellent customer service.
Rep was rude , impatient and nasty , told my granddaughter ( an adult) SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO COME IN AND HAD AN ATTITUDE DURING RENTAL OF STORAGE ROLLING HER EYES , HUGGING AND PUFFING RESPONDING TO QUESTIONS W WITH SHORT DRY ANSWERS LIKE I WAS IRRITATING HER , I FELT LIKE SHE WAS FORCED TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS IN ORDER TO RENT UNIT ‼️

Tammy was great! When I got there the size unit I needed wasn’t actually available, Tammy checked around and even found me the best deal. She said she normally works at the location I ended up storing my car at. At first I was pretty irritated that they booked the wrong size but Tammy fixed everything!

I have been with public storage for years, and after misinformation from the current manager caused me to loose my unit and literally after Christmas. And as far as the buyer of the unit, threw my pictures and sentimental items away like it was trash. Public storage has lost my trust in them and for future storage rentals I will never use them again. I don't understand how people can be so heartless and after Christmas at that
Really excellent! Besides the Great rates, employees go above and beyond to help. Location manager Kerry at a different store spent a long time with a cranky computer system to straighten out my profile. Then the district manager James was kind in resolving a different issue. All of this with great attitudes. Kudos. 👍😎

Do u guys even know u have a homeless drug addict living in the back? He doesn't even have a key to the lock on the space, he removes the entire lock everytime he needs to get in?
Recently had a issue with the Rep but the District Manager addressed my issue I had public storage before so I know they work with you it’s better now and I shall see how things go so far so good..
11/22 - because of the poor quality of the unit rain destroyed all of my things . Then I had to argue with the insurance company to even get a tiny amount of money for my personal belongings .
05/23 - flood destroys my things once again .
I work full time and have kids I do not have time to constantly come up there and throw my things away and do more insurance claims .
I finally had time the other night to throw my things away however MY LOCK HAD BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH ANOTHER ONE I do not have a key to ( I was not notified in any way )
I called customer service wednesday night and was told someone would call me the next day NO ONE CALLED .
I called today . no answer .
My unit got broken into the first week of my stuff being there. Someone cut the lock and rummaged through my stuff. Skip this and go somewhere where they actually monitor closely who comes/goes with cameras.

I booked a storage space today and vacated within an hour. The space did not work but, Tammy was so helpful throughout the entire process.
