This location is incredibly sorry. It’s so amazing all the raving reviews i see and my experience is customer no service. I’ve been attempting to contact them, even come to the office multiple times with no one present. PS has gone completely virtual which makes this location even more negligent of their responsibilities. I never got access to the unit i reserved, as a lock was still on there once i arrived. However, I’m being charged and sent to collections when absolutely no service was renedered. This place is an absolute headache, pick another location if possible.

We went into the Public Storage this morning and the young lady was so helpful. First off I was hot and she offered me water, she was very knowledgeable about the units. I feel really good about leaving my personal items there because of the way this young lady knew her job. Great work.
I called in for assistance. The customer service agent Pam helped me. She was very polite and helpful. She called back to make sure my problem was resolved. I appreciate her so much. We need more people in customer support that care. I just want to say thank you to Pam at old Dixie Hwy.

There were no thefts or anything of that nature but, the unit I occupied was not quite up to standards. The door didn't come down to the floor allowing dust , polling , and other debris to collect on furniture clothing ect. Thank God we are out now.
