The Public Storage location at 647 Donald Lee Hollowell Pkwy meet all of my needs and expectations. With one exception, it was not ok with the fact the that the walk-in gate was locked and there was no one in the office at 3p when I arrived so if I had an issue or problem, there was no one on site to address it. It made me feel unsafe.
