Storage units in Long Beach can be found, as the street name implies, on the outer, larger ring that circles the famous Traffic Circle where Pacific Coast Highway, Lakewood Boulevard and E. I love using Public Storage for my storage needs. I’ve used them twice and both times it was a great experience. The initial renting was done online this time. I downloaded the app which is super easy to navigate. When I arrived the locker was open with the lock inside. All we had to do was fill it up. They have great hours. I was able to visit the locker to get things easily. And move-out was smooth. Public Storage is secure, the facility is temp controlled, the hours a good and they communicate well. Even though I did everything online, I promptly got confirmation emails. Oh and let me add the place is clean!

I want to give KUDOS to Crystal & Alondra for being excellent representatives. I've been treated with professionalism and courtesy that is almost non existant, in other businesses. They handle difficult situations with grace and I am impressed by that. The facility is always clean, and the best part of their talent is theor customer service! Excellent! Thats what keeps me as a customer.! I recommend they train other staff!
If you ever need help or guidance Alondra is your go to person. She is helpful and knows her stuff. She even took time to show us around the different storage sizes to make sure we were making the right choice. And even though I only went to the location she was at to see storages and rented mine out at the Alamitos one, she offered me to call her if I needed any help the day of my moving. I 100% recommend her for help.

This place fit the bill for us: clean, temperature controlled, well lit and secure. We only wish it didn't cost as much as it did but you get what you pay for. And, having this extra space has literally given me some of my sanity back as we are going through items in our home.
