I’ve never had to use public storage before so I’m not sure what to expect. I will say this, they keep the place nice and neat! I’ve gone several times and each time someone was actively cleaning. I’m like they even clean the elevator doors. Maybe the owner or manager has OCD (nothing wrong with it) but like it’s amazing. Tempered controlled meaning I’ve gone when it was freezing and they had the place at a nice room temperature. On the contrary I’ve gone when it was 85 degrees (LA has had some weird weather) and the place was like walking into heaven! I feel safe when I’m there and I have the utmost confidence that my belongs are safe! Hope this helps!

I have been here for a while now since downsizing from placing my mom in nursing facility. I have to say the customer service is dope. From day one moving in until now. If you need anything from help or supplies to bill questions they got you. When I come I always seem to run into Jonathan doing his daily runs throughout the building and its always with a smile, or you need any assistance to closing with if there is anything we can do to make it better. This place has exceeded my expectations l. The customer service is amazing. The two young lady’s at the front desk are very knowledgeable and respectful. The storage rate is a bit pricey. Not being able to get out of the facility after closing is ridiculous . Not getting in after hours is understandable but if I’m here already I should be able to leave freely, or extend operating hours!
