Public storage staff need improvements when it comes to customer service. I will focus on the personnel that went far and beyond to assist me. Patrice was clocked out when she came to my rescue on "code troubleshoot" . She went back, reset it, and gave me a new code, all after the facility had closed. Ashley helped me register over the phone, when the property manager told me "I can't do this over the phone". Public Storage ladies "You Rock!!! PS men, learn from these ladies. Patrice and Ashley should get a promotion, or at the very least, a raise.

Addendum: Great place to store your belongings! All of the daytime crew is very helpful and knowledgeable, unobtrusive and respectful/respectable. I had an issue with the elevator, and magically...when they showed up it immediately started to work again! Sorcery? No, all in a day's work!
Thankfully, no issues since then, they had the elevator guy talk to the elevator gnomes about allowing people to elevate in order to alleviate the elves, who were all evading trolls.

Great place! My van was broken down across the street, and I had rented from the wrong location online, but Daisy was a great help, got me my refund minus the admin fee, and put me up in a space equal to the other one at a discounted price! Wow! Thanks again!

Daisy Mae Hernandez is the new manager of this location. And thank God she is. She proved to be a better replacement than the previous one, who was a guy. Unlike the previous one, Daisy is much more helpful, straightforward, knowledgeable and downright friendlier. I felt with the previous one, he was witholding information so you can say he's really not that customer service oriented. But with Daisy, you never have to think twice about getting the best deal and service with your transaction--- she is just that transparent! And I noticed that the restroom was clean and smelling good since she took over.
So if you want excellent service and someone whom you can trust to prioritize your needs, perhaps you should consider this place instead among others!

I just wanted to take time out to say that I've had ups and downs with this location, but overall the managers here have been so helpful and thoughtful.
Especially the current manager, Daisy. She was considerate as she assisted me in moving from one unit to the next. She helped with size options, price shopping, and even looked out for me the day of the move when she knew I needed a cart.
Her brand of customer service is the very reason people choose one company over another and Public Storage would do well to do everything in their power to hold on to her.

Leslie is the BEST!!! She always helpful and incredibly professional. I’ve been a tenant at this location for too many years to remember and I have to say she’s a value to your company.
While I am frustrated with the near doubling of my fees last year by Public Storage, I am giving a great review to this facility because of the property manager Leslie. And yes, I realize that the pricing comes from the corporate rather than the facility; but it is hard to separate the two.
Personally and professionally, I have been renting from this Public Storage periodically over the last 20 years; my ex-wife and I had a retail website. But only under Leslie's management have I received a courtesy call to prevent late charges from being placed on my account.
Leslie is professional and explains the policies and the rationale behind them. She provided me with account alternatives as potential cost savings, and when I complained about the fees doubling, she requested to lower my expenses.
If there were a professional courtesy that Leslie could extend to me as a manager, she would offer it. It made all the difference as I was dealing with divorce, litigation, and the closing of my business.
Another point: I received incorrect information from other employees because they made assumptions about my accounts based on company policies. Leslie always looked at my accounts before advising me; therefore, her direction was always correct.
If you want to be taken care of, ensure you know when Leslie is available.

She mirrors what true customer service is all about. She is kind, extremely knowledgeable about the services. She'll bend over backwards for the customer. She treats me like I'm a family member. To be honest, i don't like the price that my unit has gone up but the reason I'm still here is mainly because of Leslie. I know that my possesions are in good hands, not to mention, the facility is always clean.
She should have been promoted long ago. She should be getting bonuses every quarter. Once my business scales up, I'm going to offer her a job and she'll be able to work remotely as well.
Public Storage needs to appreciate this employee if they are not.

Leslie who works there is fantastic. I needed to complete an account ownership handoff - and she made this process simple and efficient. She is accommodating to our moving trucks, which is appreciated. She takes great care for the way the facility is operating.
We've had the best experience with this location! Leslie has always been very flexible when it comes to our moving trucks, not only with accommodating space for them but also gracious about the time it's taken us to move things in and out. They also were very quick to notify us of a possible security issue with our unit. Everything turned out to be okay, but I really appreciated their transparency.

I was moving stuff through my unit, and coincidentally I saw Robbie who i previously saw working at another facility i rent at in inglewood. He was as helpful as he was before. Property is still well run as always
Starting with the setting up the phone call initially then Leslie had called me up to confirm asked me if I had any questions and since this is contact with she asked me if I liked to meet and I go over any questions or concerns I may have or we can just talk about it on the phone.
Why decide to meet with Miss Leslie because I want to know who's watching over my stuff. So less than I set up appointment for Sunday today at 3:00 p.m. and she was here waiting for me 3:00 p.m. Sharp she showed me by the facility she gave me option she showed me at three units explained the pros and cons as far as not so much cons but just things to look out for in a good way.
Unless it was very professional and I appreciate that she wanted everything detail for detail again that's professionalism and she gave me options which I love options are a wonderful thing. So yes my overall experience with public storage and Leslie was A1 thank you Leslie
