Excellent facility! Awesome staff! Big thanks to Mike, who noticed that I had left a box with my belongings behind. He realized it was something important, called me, and saved my day. I also like the policy that allows you to opt out of insurance for the first month and bring yours later. However, the mandatory cylinder lock for $20 is a bit excessive for what is essentially a $5–$10 lock, but it’s fine. The pros outweigh the cons by a lot

I’m very impressed! The people working there, especially Mike are all very friendly, even the guy replacing the fire extinguishers was nice and friendly and helpful. The building is immaculately clean and my space was perfect! My only suggestion so far is to enable the indoor security pad for the door to operate by Bluetooth from my phone instead of my having to punch in a code each time. For some reason the indoor keypads never show as connected for phone entry using the app.
I moved to different storage. The person who helped me did a great job locating what l needed and has been very supportive and professional in his handling his work.

I’ve been using the Public Storage facility in Burlingame since 2020, and it has been an absolute pleasure working with Lee. From the very beginning, Lee has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive.
About a year ago, I encountered an issue when the door of my storage unit was damaged, likely from another client accidentally pushing a cart into it. Lee was the first to contact me the day she identified the damage (she does regular checks on the units), showing genuine empathy for the situation and immediately taking action to resolve it.
Although I was away during that time, once I returned, Lee worked closely with me to assess the damage (thankfully, none of my belongings were affected). She quickly helped me switch to a nearby unit and ensured the transition was as smooth as possible. Lee was incredibly patient, addressing all my questions, and made sure I was settled into the new unit without any hassle. Her professionalism and commitment to ensuring I was fully taken care of truly stood out.

I've been with Public Storage in Burlingame for about a year now and from the moment I made arrangements with them via the web to the personal conversations and contacts I've had with staff there, everything has been excellent. When I first moved in, the staff I worked with were fantastic - helpful, quick, friendly, and professional. I got all the directions and information I needed and things ran smoothly. I recently had need to visit the front office and speak to someone about questions I had. Lee Ho, who was at the front desk, was outstandingly helpful and kind. Can't say enough good things about her and the business in general.

This location is awesome! Lee Ho helped us after a stressful morning of not be able to get our vehicle into a unit at a different location. We came in last minute and she and her associate were quick, concise, showed us to our unit and helped us with cancellation and refunding of our previous location’s unit all while on a time crunch to catch a flight home for the holidays. I can not express enough appreciation for the work they did for us at a moments notice. We made it to our gate before boarding and still had time to grab a coffee! Walked in and Lee was very accommodating. I knew what I wanted, she showed me the sample size and got everything done. I was in and out of the office with the new storage in less than 30 min. Facility is very clean and lots of parking spaces. Carts are available for use. Entry to facility is highly secured.
