I visit this property, when the office at mine is closed. The managers Ian and Kris are a hoot! They bicker like siblings and have different strengths. Property is laid out weird, but they watch for people and try to be responsive.

UPDATE 3.0 - Scheduled vacate for my parking space and when I came to the property for my unit I was notified of the vacate then Kris greeted me with a smile and made sure I had received the notice. Excellent customer service!!
UPDATE 2.0 - Company has been making improvements. They did an update to the ventilation in the hallways where my units are and you can feel the difference. Saw landscapers working on the site cleaning things up, really appreciate how they are cleaning things up despite the location.
UPDATE 1.0 - Kris helped me rent an additional unit and made the process a breeze of updating my automatic billing.

This particular Public Storage is awesome. As a first time renter, I was surprised how clean and organized the propery was given it being South Everett. The unit i rented was clean and secure which was very important to me.
The properry manager Ian was super friemdly, helpful, and professional. He helped navigate the unit, how to access it, and how to use the the app. He answered all my questions promply and overall made my experience seamless.

1st time renting a storage unit, reserved 2 weeks in advance online. When we saw the unit the first thing we saw was a leak. I took some photos and went to the office. Doug was very nice, and friendly and offered us another unit right away. The transfer happened in a matter of minutes and the new option was the best. Fantastic, this is what we expect in such a situation. Definitely recommend this Public Storage location.
