My experience with store manager Marqay , was absolutely excellent! Not only did she take ger time to call around the stores that she works in to find me the storage size i needed , but alao she found me the best specials. She invited me to come look at the storage ahead of time to gauge how i would place the furniture.

This public storage unit facility. I would rate at 5⭐s They have been very kind and courteous to me and their property has been kept clean and Free of trouble. The managers are quick to take care of any issues that you may have. My items were kept dry clean and safe.

Patty, the manager at the Jefferson Ave location, had been extremely helpful and patient while I set up my storage rental. Most companies utilize the websites to process transactions and, me being a little older and not very computer savvy, alway need assistance. She stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes with me while navigating me through the website, all while assisting other customers who were in the store with her. Can't thank her enough!

Jaz at Public Storage has gone above and beyond. I had an issue with my unit and she was not only empathetic, she gave me the information to file a claim and gave me a new unit within minutes. Jaz took the time to personally check the other unit, verifying it would meet my needs and expectations. She even noted that I had not violated any Public Storage rules, ensuring a smooth transition with the insurance company. She’s truly a five star employee!
Their units are a bit pricey but well worth the conveniences and perks they offer. Recommended!

Bad business... I've been there over a year and have had my unit locked 3 times... rent went up $100, and the overseer of the storage is racist I'm sure of it... needless to say... this is my last month and I've found a storage that's more to my liking and it's $140 cheaper... thanks for being unethical manager lady and for giving me a reason to look around... and I meant to do 1 star but I can't change it

Had a storage unit at the Warwick location because it’s a self-serve location. I really couldn’t get what I needed to get done because it’s a kiosk and I was afraid that it would you know not be able to help me so I was given the option of going to the Jefferson Avenue location where Patty works and she stayed late and I got off work and I got the around six and she stayed and you know she said she couldn’t help me from there. She volunteered to go to the Warwick location to see the different sizes of the unit and meet me over there She got me a larger unit then we went back to Jefferson Avenue. we did all the paperwork over and when I tell you, she went above and beyond she did and I appreciate it so much and I mean I know Public storage thinks that the self-serve kiosk is a great idea but nothing beats.
