Beware of deals!!They sound great and they are until shortly after. Once they have you (trapped) you have payed to move your stuff in. Your rent goes up. Then up again and again. Finally you are paying more than any other storage place. I say (trapped) because your next choice is to pay the increase or pay to move your stuff again and the labor that takes too!! What A Nightmare 😫

One day I received a call from Management to inform there was an oil spill coming from my unit.
That weekend I made a trip to check and Sheila the manager was waiting for me, but also provided me with all the cleaning supplies, protecting gloves, paper towels and litter powder to absorb oil spills.
Other company or manager would probably send a violation notice with a $fee.
This expression of care and consideration not only for the costumers but also for the public safety and the environment really means a lot to me as a reminder to "treat everyone the same way you would like to be treated" and for that... I certainly apreciate it.

This storage was very clean and the front office was very helpful. Sheila the front desk sales person was very friendly, helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. I personally would definatly recommend this place for storage.
Today I purchased my first storage so I was new to the whole thing but with the great service I received from Shiela I was less nervous about the whole idea. She was very attentive and nice. She informed me about everything leaving me with little to no questions and the few I did have she answered them perfectly.Thank you to her because she made the whole experience much easier.
