I didn't realize there was no air conditioning in the one right by the freeway on McCart!!! So if you're not planning on going in there in the summertime looking and moving stuff around, trying to find anything, then it's great for you!!! My mistake!!!

The location on Mccant is wonderfully clean, neat and organized. Corey is the manager and was completely friendly and open. One of the most helpful people I've dealt with in a long time. He showed me three different spaces and help me make a decision on exactly what I needed. He was very organized, gave me all the details for renting, insurance, locks and access. I have used other Public Storage locations, even one recently not too far away, and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. Corey did a great job and seems to be very friendly with all the customers that come in and out. Well done sir!

**WARNING BEWARE*** My storage space was broken into and my stuff was stolen. They wasted no time to do it because I had just moved in there a week prior. The office contacted me on 3/4/2022 to inform me of this issue. I've had plenty of public storage spaces before, but this one really hurt me because I'm new to the DFW. They took my boxes of stuff with my computers in them and left what wasn't useful to their needs. I understand storing stuff is a risk, but my space was inside the building. The manager told me that the walls are flimsy and this is a old facility, probably why it was so easy to break in. NO CAMERAS NO VIDEO, WHY NOT????
