I have been renting here for a bit. I absolutely love the staff. Alex has been the biggest help to me. I've ended up getting additional units here simply because of the great service and great prices.

I had a great 2 years with this property especially dealing with Alex who had to call me quite often as I’d forget to pay by the 3rd sometimes he is an absolute pleasure, very professional and truly a treat to do business with and I don’t understand why he’s not a manager trust me he’d be an asset as one

Won a unit here at auction and had it fast and easy. Alex explained the process fully and he helped me get going as soon as I arrived.

I've been with these guys before and can definitely recommend them for my storage needs. I hadn't been here for years since the last property manager Michelle but it looks like the guy there now, Alex has been keeping a good handle of things since she had gone. He tells me that someone else has been helping him out with keeping the place clean, I think his name is Nick but those two boys have been very nice to us and we plan on sticking with Public Storage.

I don't usually leave reviews, but Alex absolutely earned this one. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through the process, answered every question with patience, and even helped me find the best unit for my needs--not just the most expensive one. You can tell he actually cares about the people who walk through that door. Smooth experience all around, and Alex made it even better. Definitely recommend this place--and if you get Alex, you're in good hands.

My experience with the manager on-site, Alex, was something to go out of my way to applaud and leave a review. His attitude and professionalism made my experience worth while. The lot is perfectly well kept and the workers are extremely nice especially Alex. He is extremely personable and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this Public Storage to my friends and family just because of him.

A bit dirty upon arrival, but the manager was great, the tall guy with long hair. He helped us get settled in and assured us that our things were in good hands.

The two young ladies (I believe Jen and Kayla don't hold me to that I'm terrible with names) were AMAZING. They understood I needed storage just for a little bit and they gave me the same respect and genuine care that they would give to someone renting for years. If I ever need to store anything like a big horde of cash like in Breaking Bad this Public Storage is where I'll put it. Thank you for the professional and caring attitude these girls have.

Alex, at the West Trinity Mills location in Carrollton, Tx, is awesome! I am looking to possibly downsize and he was super knowledgeable and helpful with my inquiries! I was going to search around for better prices but this property is so close by and conveniently located. So I am keeping my business with this location and Alex.

5 star review, love the place , love the staff, one guy in particular went above and beyond in helping me and answering all my questions, "stephen chadbourn" super nice guy and know his stuff!! cant say enough good things about this place and stephen would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The rental process was simple. The move out process has been a nightmare. I submitted my vacate day of Jan 31, 2022 more than a week in advance. We vacated the property and removed our lock on Jan 30th. I called on Feb 1st and left a voicemail informing we had vacated. Waited 2 days, called again waited 2 more days and called the 1-800 number. They rnailedt property manager and said I would get a response within 3 days. I did not so I called back again. This continued until I received a call on Feb 12th from someone asking for a payment. I explained I had been trying to get the account closed since Feb 1st. He told me the property mngr has been out due to illness and he would look see what was going on. He closed the account on the 13th and then sent me a bill with a late fee for the time period where I had vacated the unit and tried getting my account closed. ***I have reached out to them about this and will gladly update my rating if/when they cancel the charges*** Update: I changed my rating to 4 stars bc once I finally got in contact with the right person the issue was handled in less than 24 hours. I was impressed not only with that but also with the fact that once it was dealt with, they reached out to me to let me know. So while it was a headache to deal with, the situation was resolved very satisfactorily. Thank you very much.
