Very Secured yet in the 2024 summer also year I lost my keys Not Good. Ms. Dawn was able to Secure a Locksmith so I could get to my stuff in less than two weeks. No additional cost. Who does that these days Ms. Dawn did. I definitely have not lost anymore keys. Ms. Dawn is a Public Storage "Asset"!!! We hired u-pack for a long distance move and the staff at Public storage were amazingly helpful when the trailer and movers came to move things out of our storage unit. Public storage only had inside units but I had some jobs and needed to load and empty the unit everyday. The next day Lety called and said an outside unit was available and we missed the rain by a couple hours and were able to work around it. Right next to where I live so I am very pleased.
