I love that we always need a code to enter gate thru doors for safety and it’s clean and ready to be used and nice customer service.

So many wonderful things I can say about this location, it is clean and the Property Manager Shirley was amazing and helped my family get into the correct unit size.

Lady at the front office Shirley was amazing and very helpful. She showed me three different units because I wasn’t sure the size even though she recommended a 10 x 10 I still wanted to look at the other sizes. Her customer service was so great. I would tell anybody to come in store here.
Great customer service both online and onsite. Courtesy lock cut service for lost keys. Fair pricing, easy access, it's everything you hope to get out of a storage facility.
I was given a lock that the key did not work on , I did not realize it till I put my things in the storage unit , I called customer service but it was too close to five pm so no one could come , I then Said since I have insurance and you have cameras can you watch the unit till you can provide me with a lock whose keys work , she Said yes , I am still waiting for someone to fix this issue while I wait for a lock for my unlocked unit ..............

I spoke with Jaelynn regarding a reservation at this location and a different one, and she was AMZAZING!!! She was calm the entire time and helped me to calm down as well. She even followed up with me the next day to make sure I had everything straightened out. It's important to note, she was helping me with a location that wasn't even hers! She deserves a raise. I can't say enough good things about her. She is a fantastic employee and an even better person. Thank you, Jaelynn!

We had a storage unit with outside access reserved and confirmed with the staff. We arrived at confirmed time-- and they rented it to someone else 3 hours prior our confirmed time!!!! I spoke with Jailin a few times prior just to confirm we are all set but we were very disappointed the unit we agreed on was rented before we arrived.
This shows me a lack of communication and organization between the staff, and not sufficient attention to detail.
We spent 3 hours as a result working out another unit and calling around other storage spaces. I wish they were more organized, transparent, and customer focused. This experience turned out stressful and unpleasant. I hope the facility would somehow remedy it but instead of just shrugged their shoulders.
