This is a wonderful place to rent from, not only are there great deals, but the units are accessible 24/7 for a reasonable fee ($30). Not only that, but the staff is very kind and helpful, today Robin helped me move into a unit a week earlier than I had reserved. Even when there was a little issue (they don't take cash), she gladly paused what we were doing until I came back so there was no extra waiting. I was in and out of there so fast. It's a great location for where I live too, literally right around the corner. This is a much needed upgrade from my last unit. And the sale was amazing.

In the end, we switched the unit size and without hesitation, continued her job professionally. Not to mention, we were late for the appointment time and she continued to be very helpful and keep a professional attitude and made sure we left happy. Recommend this location for storage if you need a place for your belongings. Good location near I-5 easy in and out with app capabilities to open gates for access. Friendly and professional staff. Over the past 24 hours I have had a fantastic rental experience with the on-site resident manager, Robin, at this location. She provided extraordinary customer service, showing me 4 different 10x20x10 units, then going a step further to show me a 10x30x10 when I decided that I needed a bigger unit.
The price for the larger unit was 5x the price of the smaller units. So she helped me find and make an appointment for the larger unit size at another location for a better price.
She ensured me that she wanted to do the right thing for me even if I didn't end up renting from her. As a new and ethical business owner, this speaks volumes to me. Her primary objective was taking care of me, the customer. And that is how it should be. And I love that.
After thinking about it overnight, I decided that I wanted to rent the unit from Robin instead of the other location with the lower price. Her superior customer service really made it a warm and positive experience for me. I will always remember her.
She walked me through the rental process over the phone and got me all setup. She answered all my questions and even got her calculator out to make sure the math in the rental agreement was correct.
I went and picked up my keys this afternoon. The whole process took about 24 hours to complete. I got the unit size that will work best for my needs and got to make a new friend!
Robin provided an extraordinary experience and I look forward to renting from her for years to come!

While I disagree with some of the companies policies, I have to say the onsite employee, Robin, single-handedly makes this location superior to any other storage facility I have used over the years. I’ve interacted with her on multiple occasions and she is consistently calm, courteous, personable and professional. Even if and especially when the situation is frustrating. She stays focused on finding a solution to the problem presented and is truly a testament to the importance of great customer service.

This was my first experience renting storage space. I rented, paid, and ended rental months later, all online. Couldn’t have been easier. Accessed the facility using phone app — slick— didn’t even need to get out of truck. And facility staff were very friendly and helpful. I can’t think of a single way the experience could have been better.

I had a wonderful experience with Robin ( the manager) a couple of weeks ago. She is the 3rd manager I've dealt with at this faculty. I told her about this ghost charge, which had been haunting my account for months. I've never run into a disrespectful manager at Public Storage, but Robin went the extra mile to ensure the issue would be resolved one way or another. either an explanation or a removal of the charge. I received a call from Robin the other day explaining that the charges had been removed from my account.
In this day and age, I call this outstanding customer service.

Robin was and is AMAZING!! She was helping another customer when I first came in which took a while but in the middle of it she found time to let me know that she would be with me once she was done and she also apologized for the long wait. I appreciate that she acknowledged me and updated me, that's what customers like. When it was my turn she asked what I was looking for and started right away to find me a unit. She looked diligently and went over all the units she had to make sure she found one that was right for me. We saw both units and then I was able to pick one. The process to get one was fast. Throughout the process, Robin was nice, kind, and personable.
When I was at my storage unit another day with my boys I gave them some trash to put in the dumpster and it was locked. Robin saw my boys struggling to open it to put trash in there and she came from the office to come and unlock it which was very nice of her. I'd recommend this storage location to everyone and my experience with Robin to others because she is super nice and kind. Just like the Christian radio channel 88.1 says "If you can't find a kind person be one!" Robin is just that!

Robin is a real asset to have working for Public storage. Her professionalism was first notch. IF I COULD MAKE A SUGGESTION, MAYBE KEEP A LITTLE LONGER HRS FOR THE CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE A 9 TO 5 Job makes it very difficult to use this facility. I understand it's to keep the crime issues and the less questionable clientele away from using this facility.
I'd maybe suggest having security patrol the premaciss 6 to 9 am then maybe 6 to 9 pm to help the others to use this storage place? Ty for ur understanding....

Mychelle is very professional and patient helping with our storage needs. Public Storage is extremely fortunate having her as a manager! Whenever we have come to drop off or pick up items, she has been available and ready to help in whatever way needed. I've seen her show the same interest in, and care for, other customers, too. Her professionalism and genuine connehandbags. every customer is something you don't see that often. We're always glad when we come by and she's the manager on duty. She does it all, from listening to customers' needs, presenting all the options, to sweeping the grounds and helping locate handcarts. I hope she is appreciated for all she does!

I can’t even put into words how incredibly helpful and kind Kiki was for my family during a difficult time for us of our father’s passing. Our father rented a unit there that was unfortunately actioned off. She was able to get hold of the buyer for us and get us some of his clothing and documents. Kiki went above and beyond for us during this time. She was also understanding and nice to us. We appreciate it so much.

This storage facility has been so easy to work with, easy to manage online and on the app, and easily accessible. I have to remember that I can only drive up and access it during normal business hours, but besides that inconvenience, it has been a great experience. Speaking to Joelle today was a pleasure and they were very helpful.

We moved cross-country from Raleigh, North Carolina just when everything in Seattle shut down due to the pandemic in March 2020. So finding a house, starting the job, etc. was very challenging and we had no idea how long conditions would remain in shutdown and our lives unsettled. After paying storage with our movers for a short time, we ended up putting our household goods into a storage unit here and then we lived "temporarily" down in Portland with family. Now, two years later, we finally were in a position to be able to move our things out of storage and into our home.
We had a great experience at this location. It was really easy to have a large moving truck come in and unload and load our items. We rented a 10x10x30 unit and over the two years we were only able to go up to Seattle from PDX to check on it a few times. We never had any issues of break-ins. It was clear that after 2 years that there were never any leaks or other weather-related issues, no evidence of pests such as rodents or insects, and all of our items were in very good condition after being stored for so long. I'm sure that since we had had all of our items packed from moving cross-country and we just left everything wrapped, boxed, and crated, that helped preserve the good condition of our items. I had been growing increasingly concerned as the months passed but we did not know in 2020 how long our things would be in storage and so we did not opt to find a climate controlled unit.
Moving out was very simple. We had a great experience with the current manager, Lindsy, who communicated very clearly and made our entire move out process very simple and pleasant. In our experience we have had nothing but a great success with having our household goods in long-term storage at this Public Storage location.
