I just had the best experience at Public Storage, and I owe it all to Jenna! From the moment I walked in, she was super friendly and made the whole process feel like a breeze. I didn’t have a clue what size unit I needed, but Jenna patiently helped me figure it all out, making me feel right at home. The place was clean and well-organized, which I really appreciated. If you ever need storage, definitely check them out!

How about you put some more effort into fixing the elevator? It has been broken for a long time and the stair door is propped open so tenants can access the building. That makes a building less secure. 🤷🏻‍♂️🙄

The process to rent a storage unit took a short time. Initially had a mix-up with the unit location but was fixed by Jenna, the person at the office.

Jenna went out of their way to help us with a very heavy mattress from our storage unit. I honestly don’t think we could’ve managed without their help. Thanks so much Jenna from Public Storage!!!

Consumer beware: This business is good for short-term storage. Also the staff is helpful. I rented a large unit for the great rate of $200 monthly- and within six months it was raised to $300. Quite a SIGNIFICANT increase- and you will lose access to your unit if the balance is not satisfied promptly. They will also add on several late charges and a lien in addition should you fail to pay on time. The lien is added after 20 days. So great place temporarily- but consider a better permanent storage facility.

I was experiencing a problem with the lock on my unit at this Public Storage site and went to the office to see if there was anything they could do. Robin offered to come to the unit and check it out; turned out the problem was of my own making, and he was able to correct it. A full 5-Stars for Robin and the folks at Public Storage.

Although I disagree with the prices, that doesn't deter me from liking this storage company. The staff have been nothing but understanding and friendly. There were spiders, but this is the PNW, they're gonna be everywhere. I know that some people will say that it's horrible because of this or that, but come on. It's a storage. Did you expect five-star hotel quality? For the utility it is, I would *DEFINITELY* come back.

Both John and Robin are easy to work with. I made a mistake by choosing an outside unit, Robin was able to switch my unit. Very pleased with their service and hospitality. Facility and storage units are also clean .

Harim was incredibly kind and understanding when I lost my keys. I am delighted to do business with public storage as long as you have people like Harim.

Cameron did a great job helping me find my unit when moving in. Upon getting my unit, everything was clean and as advertised.

I had to return a lock from a storage unit from a Kiosk location. Melissa talked with me on the phone, and then again in person when I returned the lock. Although not a fan of the kiosk storage, Melissa's friendly and helpful attitude made me realize I had chosen the correct storage company.

Best storage experience I’ve ever had. My storage unit was easily accessible and clean. The staff was always pleasant to deal with. Big thank you to Harim who went above and beyond when my family had an unexpected emergency and couldn’t deliver our lock until a few days after we had scheduled to move out. Rather than charge me for an additional month as the policy states, he went deep into the account and noticed that it was an honest situation since I hadn’t accessed the storage unit for 20+ days. He also noticed that we had spoken to staff a month prior letting them know that it was our last month and they didn’t given us a timely reminder to return the lock. Overall, he fought on our behalf because it was the right thing to do. In this day and age it’s rare to have employees like Harim who actually care for the customer’s situation. My family will continue to use Public Storage because of this great experience. Thank you for everything Harim!

I just want to say that my experience at this Public Storage location has been the best storage experience I've ever had. Melissa & Sharon both helped me out when I moved in & when I wanted to close out of one of my two units. I can tell that both of them are amazing human beings who care a lot about customer service and creating a positive energy environment. I feel that employees like these are hard to come by nowadays and feel Public Storage is lucky to have them. On another note, I love my drive up access unit. It was clean when I rented it, and the bluetooth gate opening has been amazing. Other times on the property, I've been smiled at and waved to by some of the male workers in the golf carts. I feel welcome and safe. I love doing business at a place where I feel respected, and this location of Public Storage goes above & beyond. Just giving credit where credit is due. Thanks, guys!

I don't have my items stored here, because I live in another city, but I work in Bellevue. I stopped by this place to pay my bill a long time ago. I remembered the friendly gentleman (Jhon) Yes, its spelled correctly! I casually mentioned that I stopped at 3 locations in the vicinity, and no one was there, more than a few times! This happens too many times in my own area! I Iive by 3 PS places and no one is ever around! I needed to stop in again and I remembered Jhon saying "I'm always here!" He hasn't missed a beat! Since this PS is close to my job, I'm making it my go-to place to make payment from now on! Jhon is very professional and friendly, and the property is very clean! Thank you Jhon, for being a great representation of what PS Customer Service should look like! Your presence matters! EDIT: STILL WAITING ON REFUND. NEVER RECEIEVED IT Was originally told i could tow my vehicle in. i paid the fees, and then not twenty minutes later i got a call form the manager saying they can't accept it as it has to be running (which was different form what i was told), and promised to refund me. It's been 5 days with no refund. it was a $318 fee plus a $67.43 holding fee. I need a refund like promised on a RECORDED LINE or i will have to take action.

I was a little harsh the last review

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped with multiple requests of mine, good part was it was very quick and smooth. I had to move my storage space from non-climate control to controlled one, John was quick to help with all the requests.

Melissa was very helpful in showing me around and picking the right space for me. Very friendly staff and the space looks well maintained and secure.

I scheduled a move-out a few days before my billing cycle. But a week after the move-out, I noticed my account was still active. I went back and check and I was told my unit was not considered vacated due to my lock was still on. If I never check my account, I would never know about this, since I am not contacted in any way. I asked this location to contact corporate for a resolution, but I did not heard back either. A month after, I received a call from debt collection. The problem here is lack of communication. Regardless which party was at-fault during the move-out process, I am disappointed at I was not informed about anything. I was not informed about failed move-out, and also not informed about corporate rejected the appeal. This raised a huge concern for me. Since a vacant unit does not have any mechanism to prevent other people from using it (regardless intentional or not), it is possible for anyone's move-out process to fail without receiving any contact. If I moved out properly but someone else threw their trash in my vacant unit, the next thing I would hear will be a debt collection call. In the end, after a long time contacting corporates, they were able to resolve my issue. However, I will consider other Public Storage branches in the future.

I hate this place. They are sneaky and u underhanded with their billing. The people that work there are cool. However, I talked to some guy at corporate. He was a pompous guy.

Great customer experience. The manager was very friendly and talkative. He responded to all the questions I had very clearly and in a friendly manner. Storage looks good too. Highly recommend the location.

Easy access, next to freeway on ramps, clean, the property manager was extremely helpful. I was in a pickle trying to find two storage units. Luckily the property manager is totally on top of things..who's moving out and in. He was able to help me out right away no hesitation. I cannot tell you how stressed I was worrying about finding units large enough at the one facility. Storage is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend public storage in Bellevue off Northrup Way.

DO NOT RENT HERE. My storage unit was broken into with the thieves replacing the locks, possibly to make it harder to place when the crime took place. I ended up wasting a day getting the lock drilled through only to find out someone ransacked the unit and easily stole $3000 of items plus some of sentimental value. They apparently hit multiple units besides mine as well. Based off of previous reviews this is a common occurrence and security has not been improved much since the previous times. If there are no improvements in security, why would the thieves stop? Worst of all their insurance refuses to pay out due to "lack of proof". At least the staff is friendly and helpful, but that doesn't deter thieves. If despite all this you still want to rent a unit here, I would advise heavily photographing and documenting all items you store. TL;DR thievery is a common occurrence at this facility. Insurance refuses to pay out unless there's heavy documentation. Rent here if you like a good risk of getting your items stolen.

Larry is great. He is very patient and professional. He helped me changed a unit since the old one has lock issue. As well as guided me step by step on how to open close the door, use the trolly. I highly recommend to store your item here and work with Larry!
