Super simple app and well maintained facility
I was able to find a Tiny “Gem” 5x5 in This Public Storage — the big plus being right near the front door, and at first I had my Misgivings with the small front parking lot and security w/ so close to the Front. And I was scared origin thinking I could NOT afford Public Storage— bc they were Always Higher than the Competitors.
But so far so good! Everytime I came there was enough parking (there IS ample more parking downstairs — as the Property is Huge!), the Front Door is Secure and the Staff: Kelly (sad shes gone), Jhon and Robin are great, Resourceful and helpful. And I got an amazing 2-month Deal, but my Monthly price was Affordable for me to Stay.
The building is located in a convenient spot right off 405/520 fwy and not too far from the 90. Its in a good Quiet enough area, its Clean, and they keep the weird Transients or Squatters out from doing Drugs, Stashing Food or leaving Trash in the Units or Property (that I’ve seen at other Facilities… pretty much everywhere now). Im Pretty Happy being here, altho I think I may be moving out soon enough in the Fall. Thank you to this Public Storage — and Kudos! -Samantha

Although I disagree with the prices, that doesn't deter me from liking this storage company. The staff have been nothing but understanding and friendly. There were spiders, but this is the PNW, they're gonna be everywhere.
I know that some people will say that it's horrible because of this or that, but come on. It's a storage. Did you expect five-star hotel quality? For the utility it is, I would *DEFINITELY* come back.

I had to return a lock from a storage unit from a Kiosk location. Melissa talked with me on the phone, and then again in person when I returned the lock. Although not a fan of the kiosk storage, Melissa's friendly and helpful attitude made me realize I had chosen the correct storage company.

Big thank you to Harim who went above and beyond when my family had an unexpected emergency and couldn’t deliver our lock until a few days after we had scheduled to move out. Rather than charge me for an additional month as the policy states, he went deep into the account and noticed that it was an honest situation since I hadn’t accessed the storage unit for 20+ days. He also noticed that we had spoken to staff a month prior letting them know that it was our last month and they didn’t given us a timely reminder to return the lock. Overall, he fought on our behalf because it was the right thing to do. In this day and age it’s rare to have employees like Harim who actually care for the customer’s situation. My family will continue to use Public Storage because of this great experience. Thank you for everything Harim!

I just want to say that my experience at this Public Storage location has been the best storage experience I've ever had.
Melissa & Sharon both helped me out when I moved in & when I wanted to close out of one of my two units.
I can tell that both of them are amazing human beings who care a lot about customer service and creating a positive energy environment.
I feel that employees like these are hard to come by nowadays and feel Public Storage is lucky to have them.
On another note, I love my drive up access unit. It was clean when I rented it, and the bluetooth gate opening has been amazing.
Other times on the property, I've been smiled at and waved to by some of the male workers in the golf carts. I feel welcome and safe. I love doing business at a place where I feel respected, and this location of Public Storage goes above & beyond. Just giving credit where credit is due.

I don't have my items stored here, because I live in another city, but I work in Bellevue. I stopped by this place to pay my bill a long time ago. I remembered the friendly gentleman (Jhon) Yes, its spelled correctly! I casually mentioned that I stopped at 3 locations in the vicinity, and no one was there, more than a few times! This happens too many times in my own area! I Iive by 3 PS places and no one is ever around! I needed to stop in again and I remembered Jhon saying "I'm always here!" He hasn't missed a beat! Since this PS is close to my job, I'm making it my go-to place to make payment from now on! Jhon is very professional and friendly, and the property is very clean! Thank you Jhon, for being a great representation of what PS Customer Service should look like! Your presence matters! There nothing better than communicating with a human being in a large corporation!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped with multiple requests of mine, good part was it was very quick and smooth. I had to move my storage space from non-climate control to controlled one, John was quick to help with all the requests.

Easy access, next to freeway on ramps, clean, the property manager was extremely helpful. I was in a pickle trying to find two storage units. Luckily the property manager is totally on top of things..who's moving out and in. He was able to help me out right away no hesitation. I cannot tell you how stressed I was worrying about finding units large enough at the one facility. Storage is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend public storage in Bellevue off Northrup Way.

Larry is great. He is very patient and professional. He helped me changed a unit since the old one has lock issue. As well as guided me step by step on how to open close the door, use the trolly. I highly recommend to store your item here and work with Larry!
