Iike it better now that I'm here a bit. I love Susanna in the office! Only thing is they have one person in charge of 3 locations so if you need to even sign up and show your ID, you might have to make an appt. I'm still deciding if I like my door not being a roll up, but it hasn't really posed any problems yet, then again I do have small things like bags and boxes. It's never busy that I've seen, too me that's a plus. I'm not blocking anyone and no one is blocking me. I am worried about the rent though, I can't even afford mine. It's a struggle every month trying to come up with the money, but the price now is good. Really, Susanna is what I love so much about this place and why I gave it 5 stars. *:)

I needed a unit for a couple months. I rented it without hassle and when I was done removed my items and swept out the unit. Easy as can be. It is a gated and very well managed facility.

Andria, the property manager, went out of her way way give us EXCEPTIONAL customer service and treated us with such kindness. She showed such care for my family and our items we are storing. We're out of state , so its making things a bit challenging, but she was so knowledgeable about all of their services, was nice enough to walk me thru everything and give me all the information I needed. She also gave helpful suggestions, told me options we had and helped fix everything!! You won't find better customer service, better bang for your buck or nicer people than you'll find here!!!
