I gave this Public Storage a 5 star rating because your manager Kaci is exceptional. Ive never been called on the phone and asked how my storage experience is. In fact my experience here wasnt great for the time Ive been there. I hadnt been there for 6 months I come back and the gate actually worked and Kaci called. I told her I had a few concerns and she made herself available. Very articulate, knowledgeable competent. HI haven't had that since Federal Way Public storage near 324th and Pac Hwy. Very impressed. I think I might get lights in my.storage space one day. Kaci gave me hope. Please lean on and promote people like Kaci.
