I love the space and convenience of my storage unit. I had never had an indoor unit, but am quite pleased with it. I love the security of the building. You can't beat the convenience of the dollies and carts as well. It makes moving items from your car to the storage unit much more efficient and less back-breaking.

My experience was great just wished they had signs to let you know which direction you’re going but other then that building was clean easy to get into!

Shawn, the manager, always makes sure I leave my storage unit with a smile. The facility is easy to access. The app makes it so I don’t need to remember a code to unlock the building. Temperature is well controlled. Facility is spotless, even the bathroom are well maintained. Easy to get a wheeling hand cart by the door to make using the place a breeze. I used to come here at least once a week and it never felt like a hassle. Great location and staff!
Great experience. The location is secure and very well taken care of. I was impressed with the ease of checking in, and Shawn was very helpful with that process. I made some mistakes when it came time to vacate, but Chris Stinson has been very patient and courteous in helping me correct those. He returned my call immediately an waited at the office while I came to meet him. He knew exactly what I needed to do on my end and handled the hard stuff for me! Thank you, Chris!!!!

We rented same day through the website but couldn’t get our payment to process. We needed to go into the office to finish things up. Shawn was taking her lunch break when we stopped by but went out of her way to help us. She walked us through the registration, gave directions to our unit and even located some dollys for us to use for our move. We would highly recommended Shawn and this storage facility. The facility is attractive and well kept; it is designed to hold and protect one's belongings effectively. Most my business at PS has been conducted with Shawn O. and she is simply outstanding. Personally, Shawn deserves 5 stars (or even 10, if it were possible). She is friendly and kind; always ready to help, especially with suggesting ways to save money. I have been using this PS since the end of 2019 and an early experience I had with a manager was not so good. Thus, because of Shawn I'll give 5 stars, but my experience with her manager would incline me to give only 3 or 4 stars. Since that time, I have had a better experience with PS, and that is largely thanks to Shawn.
