In the beginning it was hard to book the reservation. After I did things went smoothly The unit was the perfect size and the facility was super clean

Nobody at the building as usual... Lock put on my auction unit is STILL there... Nobody answers any of the numbers. Basicslly just have to sit around and hope somebody shows up, and if they do, youll have no idea anyway. Half the elevators don't work. Smells. Killed 3 bugs on the way to put another lock on my unit... I was trying to think of something positive to say, but couldn't think of a single thing. Such a joke!

There is nobody in the building ever, if your late on the payments the employees cut your lock and steal your stuff then claim nothing was stolen, when you so get caught up on payments you wait for hours for someone to show up.This is by far the worse storage I had DONT GET A CONTRACT WITH THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. I should know because they stole from me TO BE EXACT OVER 100 POKEMON CARDS.

Kim was super nice in helping me with my move. The facility is immaculate.

Clean and organized

Fees are continuously added so that you end up paying double what your initial rent was supposed to be, padlocks added & not removed even when rent is paid, customer service hangs up on you when you call.

The building is nice and clean my only issue is the gate access hours state from 7am-9pm but when I went to access my unit today at 6:33pm on a Thursday due to me getting off work later it wouldn’t allow me access and the doors would not open, I suggest updating the hours.

I first began renting a storage unit with Public Storage in November 2022. Since that time my experience with Public Storage and this facility has become worse and worse. Most recently with them increasing the rent on my 10 x15 unit to $230 per month; when the base rent was $206 when I first began renting. More on this and my other observations below, but it has become painfully obvious that Public Storage has no actual concern for individual customers and is simply looking to maximize profits whenever and however they can. Really disappointed about how far down things have spiraled in such a short period of time. Pros: • A/C controlled units (although much warmer on the higher floors). Cons: • Bait-and-switch unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Public Storage will entice new customers with a discount on your storage unit. Take note that they make no promises or guarantees of how long this discount will last. They are also not afraid to jack up your rent within 3 months of you signing a lease. Adding insult to injury, and something I’m just learning because of my most recent “rent increase,” is that the base rent amount they originally show when you sign-up doesn’t really mean there’s a cap on the max price you might pay for a particular unit (apparently it doesn’t mean much of anything). For example, my base rent (without any discounts) throughout my entire time of renting was $206 for a 10x15 unit, and any discounts I did receive always showed against that amount. Now, Public Storage has not only increased my rent (again), but in fact exceeded the base rent amount. Beginning January 2024, my base rent and amount I will be expected to pay is $230/month. • If not clear from the above: Public Storage does NOT take into consideration or provide any sort of long-term customer loyalty incentives. I have been renting consecutively since November 2022, with autopay activated throughout; never being late or delinquent on a payment, and never being openly critical (until now). Despite this loyalty on my part, Public Storage has never offered me consideration for my patronage. Quite the opposite. Not only has Public Storage increased my rent, but they exceeded the original base rent amount. Just in time for the holidays . • There is no actual person to speak with at the facility. If you reach other recent reviews, this is a consistent theme. When I first moved in, there was property manager and assistant mangers on-site that you could speak with. I first noticed things changing this past spring (2023) when I would call and leave voicemails and never receive a response. Now, everything is directed through the corporate number. This seems by design as they also remodeled the front “office” of the building this past year (2023) so that it’s no longer a desk, but rather a “self-service” kiosk. **NOTE: If you go to the Public Storage page it also now has the following listed for Office Hours: “Mon-Sun Self Service - online & on-site eRental.” • Public Storage will selectively email and post-mail certain notices. Notably, they will post-mail you rent increases, which means you have less notice and opportunity to plan. For example, they post-mailed my notice of my January 2024 rent increase on November 29, 2023. Although it was dated over a month out, I did not receive the notice until this past Friday (December 8, 2023)—despite my profile requesting electronic communications. Ironically, this gives me less than a month to look at other options where I can move my belongings. • Increased signs of vermin and critters in and around the facility. • As a part of the remodeling of the building, they also removed the restroom that was accessible to tenants on the first floor. As far as I’m aware, there are no other restrooms in the building. What a kind gesture of appreciation!

Taylor was excellent in providing the necessary customer service experience that was needed for my situation 3 years ago. This place was 5 stars, not anymore, I just rented a medium sized unit 3 months ago and the rate has increased by 50.00 already. I was not given the move in free month as promised from my move in promotion from my online sign up, and I have not seen an employee in site since using the facility. You will not be consistently treated the same way with this company, Don't be surprised

I rented a large storage unit online. I went to the unit and noticed a bad smell. Looking around the perimeter of the space I found a couple small bags of rodent poison. There was what looked like nesting material around the walls, and droppings. So I immediately cancelled the space. They issued a partial refund, withholding a ~$30 "administration fee"--seems to me if they were administering properly they would have dealt with their vermin problems before renting storage space to folks. There are no employees on site and it shows. The speakers on their kiosk are distorted which made talking to the service rep difficult. Avoid this place.

Clean and well managed

Most incompetent place ever. Won an auction unit there, show up to pay on Friday, nobody there and its a self service only... Get a call Saturday that someone will be there Sunday, here on Sunday and shocker, nobodies here. Try to call no answer, try to call the facility down the street, no answer. Try to call customer service and they just connect us to another location 40 miles away... Don't think you could be any worse with effort...

Shawn was a big help. My dad passed away and has a public storage unit in AZ and Shawn helped me get all the paperwork needed so that when I landed in AZ I would immediately have access to the unit. She was awesome!

Shawn, the manager, always makes sure I leave my storage unit with a smile. The facility is easy to access. The app makes it so I don’t need to remember a code to unlock the building. Temperature is well controlled. Facility is spotless, even the bathroom are well maintained. Easy to get a wheeling hand cart by the door to make using the place a breeze. I used to come here at least once a week and it never felt like a hassle. Great location and staff!

This has been a horrible experience dealing with this storage facility. It typically takes hours of calling before you can get any one to answer the phone. Terrible customer service from the property manager Chris at this location. extremely rude, talked over top of me our entire conversation and hung up in my face. Do not recommend.

Great experience. The location is secure and very well taken care of. I was impressed with the ease of checking in, and Shawn was very helpful with that process. I made some mistakes when it came time to vacate, but Chris Stinson has been very patient and courteous in helping me correct those. He returned my call immediately an waited at the office while I came to meet him. He knew exactly what I needed to do on my end and handled the hard stuff for me! Thank you, Chris!!!!

Shawn is a great asset to this company. She goes way out and beyond to make sure that the costomers are satisfied. She is very friendly and skilled in many different levels of customer service skills. This location is always clean and tidy.

Danielle was so helpful yesterday in advising me on the best way to manage the two units we have there. Very professional and took the initiative to answer all of my questions thoroughly.

Monay was very helpful and attentive, my storage unit was unsecured (I am not sure how or how long it was unsecured when I hadn’t been there in over a month) however she was doing her job (walk through) and called to let me know and assisted me greatly in making sure the unit was back secure. I appreciate her greatly.

This pile of leaky trash has been outside on the sidewalk for weeks and keeps growing. Right outside the doors so I know they know it's there. And it's barely climate controlled on the upper two levels. And rent goes up consistently every year. Even before these crazy price hikes on everything. But that's the storage game they all play. Can't wait to get out of a storage unit. But it's a necessary evil I have to pay for until I just can't afford it anymore.

Shawn O. is one of the most helpful and attentive customer service agents I've ever met. She is hard-working, knowledgeable, competent, helpful, and pleasant. It is clear that she takes pride in her work and the facility. Every business owner should be so lucky as to have someone like Shawn on the payroll.

We rented same day through the website but couldn’t get our payment to process. We needed to go into the office to finish things up. Shawn was taking her lunch break when we stopped by but went out of her way to help us. She walked us through the registration, gave directions to our unit and even located some dollys for us to use for our move. We would highly recommended Shawn and this storage facility. My mom used to store here. The only time she could come is on the weekend. This place NEVER HAS THEIR BATHROOM UNLOCKED! It doesn't matter how new the place is if you can't go here and spend time looking through your stuff if you have to leave to use the restroom.

The facility is attractive and well kept; it is designed to hold and protect one's belongings effectively. Most my business at PS has been conducted with Shawn O. and she is simply outstanding. Personally, Shawn deserves 5 stars (or even 10, if it were possible). She is friendly and kind; always ready to help, especially with suggesting ways to save money. I have been using this PS since the end of 2019 and an early experience I had with a manager was not so good. Thus, because of Shawn I'll give 5 stars, but my experience with her manager would incline me to give only 3 or 4 stars. Since that time, I have had a better experience with PS, and that is largely thanks to Shawn.

Nice facility, but know there are elevators on one side of the building only. Seems like good security. Staff are nice and helpful.
