We have been customers at this Public Storage for 6 years while our two children were at college in the area. Sara has helped us tremendously through the years when we needed to get different sized storage units. The place is very clean and well maintained.
According to your lease that we sign, you are to give us 30 days notice before a price increase. I got my notice on April 12, 2025 with a due date of 5/1/2025. That is two weeks! So this is breach of contract on your end. Not to mention it went from $67 to $96 a month. Please refer to your contract under section 2. I will be bringing this document in with the terms highlighted. We didn't get the 30 days notice you say you will. I will be stopping by soon to show you the proof. I have all the emails ready. And it was a great storage facility but this pushed me over the limit.
Excellent place to store things. Very secure and clean. The ladies in the office have been wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend this location.
The place is super clean and the lady at the front desk Sara is very sweet and helpful and always a pleasure to talk to.

I have been a client at Public Storage for two years now. The building manager SARA is experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She has gone over and above to help me get into a unit that meets my needs. She is prompt in responding and I am very grateful for all of her help!!
Have had my things stored here for several months and Sara has always been there and keeps it the halls nice and tidy. She is always helpful when i have questions and keeps a zmile on her face.
Its not about the price..it's all about the great service ,location, size , water fountain ,bathroom and elevator. 1% - 100% some might say but I say Public Storage is 1000% on point for me. It's all about what you like. I don't like Public Storage ...I LOVE PUBLIC STORAGE!
Very Customer Unfriendly, Although onsite is management is friendly. But they are constantly trying to increase rates and add sneaky late fees. They are also priced considerably higher than the competition in town. I’m done ! I’ve had 2 units for close to 4 years.

Poor service. Arrived at 3:30pm on a Wednesday after a long drive from Texas. No one working there to show us a unit.
Had to go through a crappy online system.

Very disatisfied with this company, and I will never do business with them again, due to circumstances out of my control I could not vacate my unit till today the 2nd of September, same day my payment was taken out, and now I'm told they will not refund my money for the month!!! What a joke!!!! Beware before storing your goods with this company!!!!! Lady at the front desk tried to help me, but to no avail, better be ready to move out on or before the day your payment is due to be taken out or you'll be screwed too!!!!!!!

Convenient storage unit , mine is located in first floor only complaint is they never have enough carts to move stuff back and forth but I believe people are stealing them.

Although I believe that the prices are a bit high, the facility is convenient, clean and bright, and the staff, especially Sara, is fantastic! If you don't get to know Sara, make a point of it. She's great and will help in any way that she can. Need storage, use this location!
You can get an 18 wheeler in this location up to the dock. I drive for Atlas van lines and I got my truck in there

Not enough equipment to aid moves and tenants. Impersonal, vakant atmosphere. Expensive. Clean tho.
Increasing our rates by almost 50 dollars is not cool.
Facility is clean, no problem with unit. Elevators worked most of the time. My main issue with this place is the lack of access to the office. On multiple occasions, I went to the get some things out of my unit during business hours and nobody was in the office. This is only an issue due to the fact that the carts used to move your belongings from your unit down to the loading/unloading area are locked up in the office. So if nobody is there during posted office hours, you show up and have to hand carry each item from your unit to your vehicle. If this had happened once, no biggie, but it's been almost every time I've been there, the office/carts are locked up tight even though it's only 2 in the afternoon, well within office hours.
I’ve been renting for two years and pay for a year in advance each time. They just increased my rent due to over double what I have been paying. A 117% increase. I understand increases but more than twice what I’ve been paying?!
