The service was incredible (friendly, knowledgeable, etc) and the location is very convenient with easy access through the app for opening the gates. I had a fantastic experience at this Public Storage location! I initially booked a 10x10 unit, but after seeing it in person, I realized I needed a 12x15. The system wouldn’t let me apply both the promo and the discounted price—it was only giving me one or the other. That’s when Misty stepped in and worked her magic! She went above and beyond to make sure I got both offers, saving me money and hassle.

It was easy to rent a unit. Very nice young lady showed us a unit and we rented it with ease. Easy online access. Easy entrance and exit. We recommend this facility on State St.
I rented a unit after looking online and then calling Public Storage to ask some questions. I got an agent at a central call center and he helped me with questions and I confirmed the unit I was looking for. Upon arriving, that unit didn't work for my needs and on a Saturday I found Misty working diligently to clean up this location. She paused what she was doing and cheerfully engaged to assist. We looked at a number of other units and once we found one that worked for me, she took care of getting my reservation transferred. It took a bit to do this but the entire time Misty was very polite and intent on making sure I was taken care of. I returned the next week to confirm my unit was transferred successfully and Misty was again hard at work cleaning up the outside of the property. Once again she was happy to take a break to make sure I was all set. Thank you for your great customer service!

I had given up on expecting any level of customer service from pretty much any business lately. Even if you get help it's no help, BUT.....Christina over at the sandy public storage has renewed my faith in humanity. FINALLY, someone with a brain, work ethic, AND a heart? She's almost too good to be true. You rarely find someone who will go out of their way to try and help you, actually listen and empathize to work WITH you. As the owner of a moving company, I bring a lot of business with me and my loyalty is hers now. I wish I could give her a raise, so I'm guaranteed to work with her because she could go anywhere and succeed.
