I had some initial issues when Public Storage acquired this property from Cube Smart, but the onsite manager (Ms. Erica) got the issues taken care of quickly. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Public Storage! From the moment we walked in, the facility was clean, well-lit, and clearly well-managed. But what really made the difference was the staff—especially Jennifer. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find the perfect unit for our needs. We weren’t exactly sure what size we needed, but Jennifer asked all the right questions and guided us without any pressure. Her professionalism and warmth made the whole process easy and even enjoyable. If you’re looking for secure, spotless indoor storage with top-notch customer service, this is the place. Jennifer is great and she was extremely helpful. I was able to rent exactly what I needed and it was a really quick process. The rental office and the units are extremely clean and very brightly lit.

Just an update, the rates on my units increased for the calendar year. I went in to see what could be done about this, and Erica was most helpful on helping me get my rates reduced. I have been most satisfied by the staff at this location.
We made our purchase over the phone but had issues with my email being misspelled. I contacted the office and Erica made an appointment for me to come in and get everything updated on Saturday. She was extremely patient and answered all our questions. Made us wish we had come in and purchased the rental unit through her instead of over the phone. The service was exceptional!!!

Our entire experience with Public Storage has been phenomenal. Beginning with our online reservation of the space through to our move in. The easy gate access is appreciated as well as the online payment reminders. All questions we had in the beginning were answered very quickly. So far this rental has been a breeze!

Great, clean, unit. Staff did a really good job on upkeep around the facility. Only minor thing was the door not working on one side the entire few months we rented so sometimes it got really congested with people and cars trying to use one side of the facility to get in and out of their units. Friendly staff in a really nice area. Move in was a breeze and so was move out. Would definitely use again in the future and reccomend to anyone in need. Thanks, CubeSmart!

CUBESMART is the BEST! Everything was so easy and stress free in booking our unit during a hectic moving time. Loved the set-up and the flooring in the hallways and the music made it an overall great experience at the end of a long moving day! The property is super clean as well!

Management was professional and helpful. Unit was clean and everything was new and well maintained. The lot appears to be very secure with Cameras, fences, and a code lock gate. The unit size I chose was perfect for my needs. I recommend booking the unit online, but also visiting in person to get an idea of the dimensions. I definitely recommend this place and don't regret it at all.
The facility is pristine clean. The Staff, Oliver & Toni, are awesome. Always taking care of the needs we have.

When I check my storage, there’s no traffic in the building where it was. Peace and quiet and I liked the location of A023. Also the place is always clean. But I really wished that there was a bathroom in the place that my storage was at. I wouldn’t go to any other Cubesmart location but at College Park Dr. In The Woodlands. I love the location of Cubesmart there and I love The Woodlands. Thank you for the easiness getting in and out of there. Keep doing a great job. If ever I come back, I will still go to this location! Had 2 storages there.

Oliver and Toni were the friendliest and helpful people to work with. Always had the answer to our questions and or problems. Never had any problem with them, but with my own cargo and they would help solve it. I've had to drive a few extra miles to use this CubeSmart, but it was worth it. When we have some overflow in the future, we will certainly go back to use them! We will certainly recommend them in the future.
