I now have six storage units at the Public Storage on Blanco Road. I had been hoping to rent a larger unit, and Joaquin called me personally the moment one became available. The property is brand new, super clean, and climate controlled. The bathrooms are impeccable! They have brand new orange carts that help me haul my heavy items in and out. The electric doors can be opened by my phone app, and are open until 9:00pm. And they now offer 24/7 access for a nominal fee. I always feel very safe, even when I’m alone inside. The staff (Holly, the GM and Joaquin, the Property Manager), are consistently friendly and attentive. The Holly & Joaquin are always just a phone call away, whenever I have a question or concern. The staff make me feel like my stuff is safe with them!

I have never rented a storage unit before so this was a first for me! Went in to look at sizes and rent one. My girlfriend and I travel for work and we’re looking for something to hold our stuff until we found another apartment. We went in and talked to Joaquin at the blanco location who was beyond helpful, he showed us the unit we would be renting, got us set up in the app, and explained everything perfectly!

Public Storage staff are very helpful, both at the Huebner and Blanco locations. We have a large unit that we use for storage of books and DVDs. We had to keep a lantern because it could use more light. Pro-tip: You can request a price reduction every three months.

The unit is good, like a lot of other storage units. Where this place differs is the customer service. I had lost my keys during my move and was stressing. But when I spoke with Gabby she gave me several options and I believe she was really looking out for me. Great interaction and made my move more smooth.
My late husband thought that we would get a storage in case our apartment doesn’t fit everything in it!! He thinks things through and just does everything without even being told. He only lets me know what he is doing ? He always make sure that every decision that he is making that I am involved or aware of! I know this isn’t a review regarding my late husband … but I say that to say this ? He sure thought everything out before we moved here and this storage unit is like 3 minutes from my house… bc before he even told me that we were getting a storage unit I told him NO! 😩😂😂
Although the prices are going up ? it is very convenient for us. The storage unit is kept clean. It is in a very nice area. Since he passed, I never had an issue with the staff, bc he made sure I was on the account! It is I believe open 24/7 ? I’m not really sure ? I would think so bc if you have your own code I’m assuming you can get in there anytime!!! This is only for now.. until my house is ready! Until then… they are pretty awesome!!!

Been using this company for a while now and I must say in the last 3 months it’s really turned around and improved. Maria is super friendly and helpful. Always has a smile and ready to assist you.
