I've had storage units at this location for many years. the most recent changes in this location's management has been a welcomed improvement. Lisa and all of the folks are very considerate and very nice to work with. Prices on the units aren't always the best and they fluctuate. However, Lisa makes the difference up, simply by her professionalism and customer care.

First time renting a storage unit and we had a great experience! Climate controlled and clean outside and inside storage unit. There are carts available to use on premises to help with moving large or multiple items. Friendly and approachable staff with customer assistance provided. Overall very satisfied.

I’ve been with this location for a while. I even now live about 2 hours away but stay here simply because I trust my storage is secure and the staff is always helpful. Lisa has been a gem with helping me make sure everything runs smoothly since I can’t be there physically all the time. I can always reach a rep and my concerns are always addressed. Natalie was super helpful and had great customer service! She walked me to a unit I was interested in so I can see if it would work for my needs. That unit was not a good fit for me, but Natalie helped me find one that would be a better fit. She even walked me to that unit as well to make sure it would work!

Ms. Lisa is amazing and is always willing to go out her way to help me. I’m always treated with respect and kindness. Also, this location is always clean. Everything is always in working condition. We just moved out of our storage unit- it was used for office storage and we were finally able to clear everything out. I can't say enough about Lisa. She makes sure that the property is well maintained and takes notice of all of the units. After moving out at the end of december I made a mental note to call and let them know that we had moved and cleaned out the unit- but i FORGOT. But it was noting to worry abut - Lisa had vacated the unit for us at the end of the month so we didn't incur any other fees, something most managers don't take the time to notice or do. I will definitely be back if needed- 100% sure. It's hard to find someone so customer orientated and is there for you!

We just moved into this storage and Lisa has been fabulous ever step of the way! I’ve spoken to her several times and she’s always been so nice and polite! And I love how you can use an app to get into the gate instead of a code!

We rent three units at this facility. For each one we pay a significant premium for climate control to protect our belongings. On 9/4/23, We visited one of our climate controlled units to find it was way hotter than the non-climate controlled units. When we inquired at the office, we were told the A/C was broken in that building. We asked why the tenants were not informed, and we were told management felt it was unnecessary. We were told it had been broken for a month and a half with no estimated repair date because the parts were on backorder. So basically the A/C has been broken since mid July! It has now been 3 months and not only did they not inform the tenants who may have wanted to remove their belongings to protect them, but they also continued to collect the steep additional premium for climate control from all of the tenants despite the fact that they have not been paying an A/C bill for that building since it is broken! This is pure fraud! We brought it up many times with the building manager who was supposed to talk to the regional manager to get us a credit, but it has been well over a month now with no credit and no response regarding the credit despite numerous inquiries and emails! This is seriously unprofessional and disturbing that they are charging for a service they are not providing! We made it a point to get our things out of that unit, but we are very upset that we were never informed about the broken A/C, charged for climate control that was not provided, and our belongings were subjected to extreme temperatures during one of the hottest months in history!

The storage office was to be opened at 9:30am and no one is here… to help me out with a situation

I started my rental with Simply self storage where the customer service was great to start and the service has only gotten better. Through the change over of companies, The ladies in the office have been as informative as they can be. I am so glad that I chose this location for my storage needs. From the smiles when you walk in the office door to the wave out the window or door every time I am on property I always feel welcomed. Customer service exceeds expectations! I have been in transition (storage) for about a year and have had several temporary addresses. My credit card on file was about to expire and I got a phone call to let me know. This was a welcomed surprise as I had been on vacation traveling and did not know. It’s my experience the call doesn’t come until after the late fee with most companies. I’m grateful for all the kindness and support during this trying time.

We had all of our household items from our 5,000 sq ft home stored here for about 6 months . They came into storage smelling fresh and clean but when we came back to pick it up everything came out with a VERY VERY strong musty moldy smell that made our entire family sick while pulling it out of our units. Note, there was visible signs of water damage on ceiling. Needless to say thousands of dollars in items had to be disposed of. A few choice items were brought to our new home and we attempted using ozone on them…. No it didn’t help!!! Even pictures stored in large zip loc bags and put in plastic storage totes were unbelievably disgusting smelling! I wish y’all the best of luck… mold causes many health issues!!!

Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and made everything about the sign up process a breeze! Their process is straightforward and the facility is clean and secure. I feel confident that I choose the right storage facility for me.
