We had some issues with fraudulent accounts being opened in my name from years back but that didnt stop Monika from providing us with the best experience. My Name is Julian Fira and I Recently Got a Storage From 7500 Esters Blvb , I Had Called Many places and Have Had Bad Luck trying to Find the Right location, many other places Have Bad Service but this Location Has Been Great. Monika was Very helpful and Just a Great Person in General. I was in Line and the people in front of me were very rude and she was still Very professional and Helped them without any Rudeness. Public Storage was very clean and easy to navigate. Monika was super sweet and extremely helpful!

We are looking for a unit that we can back a trailer into. Monika was very diligent to help us find a unit. Although we could not make any of the units work at her location, she went that extra mile and helped us find a unit at another Public Storage location. She saved us an enormous amount of time with the help she showed us. I don't know what you pay her but it sure is not what she is worth! I sure wish I could have rented at her location.

The place where I have my things stored is okay, but public storage, being as well known as they are and as big as they are, I would not have believed that they take advantage of and hurt the smaller businesses that lease business spaces from them to the point of bankruptcy over not being transparent and putting a stipulation in the lease making them responsible for repairing and/or replacing air conditioning units worth 20,000 a piece to replace and disclosing that the air conditioners in their buildings were over over 30 to 40 years old in which we know the max amount of years a residential and commercial air conditioner is 25 years, anything after that the air conditioners use is coming to an end. This supposedly customer friendly company has done this to several businesses leasing from them, they have had the air conditioners go out and all of them being 30 to 40 years old in which one was a family member. I am currently looking for another storage building to put my things but this place is not customer friendly and intentionally and knowingly screws people over. May be okay for storage buildings, but just a warning to those looking for commercial places to rent. DO NOT RENT COMMERCIAL BUSINESS PLACES FROM PUBLIC STORAGE THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT AND WILL SCAM YOU INTO REPAIRING THINGS THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE OR AT LEAST SHOULD HAVE BEEN UP FRONT WITH THESE POOR BUSINESS OWNERS, to make them lose something they have worked so hard for then have to file bankruptcy because of them scamming them. How this can be legal I have no idea. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Monika has been extremely helpful when it came into moving into my unit.I soon found out that I did not rent out a big enough unit and she was extremely helpful on upgrading me to a larger unit.she took time when it was just my mom on getting things up into the unit.I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work at a storage facility.

Ask for Ryan when you go in here. He is awesome. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we got the right unit. His attention to detail was amazing. He very carefully explained how to enter and exit, and also showed us how to efficiently load and unload. He walked us to the unit, and showed us where the lights were and how to get in and out.

I work for UPS and we have a storage at this facility. And Ryan who works the front office is the best. I literally come in contact with no stores or restrooms and he lets me use his which I'm grateful for. He is always in a good mood and treats us with kindness.

I was notified yesterday that the unit I’ve had there for 15 years was sold yesterday for $30 dollars. Due to recent economic problems, I was two months behind in my payments, so I did have a part to play. However, after being a customer of 15 years, it would’ve been nice if that would’ve been considered before selling my unit and that they would’ve considered working with me on this issue, allowing me an extension. Further, they now demand I still pay for late fees, unit fees, and Lein fees (minus the $30). Being a loyal customer means nothing to THIS LOCATION. I cannot speak for other Public Storage locations.

I am very disappointed/unhappy with this public storage location because I lost my items from the storage unit and I came to know this happened only when I visited the storage one day. That day,I was unable to open my unit with my key and I have identified my unit locked with a different lock.So I have spoken to the front office staff and came to know that the storage front office person locked my unit with new lock because one day they found my unit was keep open.But they never informed me when they found my unit was in open state . Later storage staff opened the unit and I found my lock broken inside and some electronic items are missing.Though the storage have equipped with security equipments, this has happened. Also I really felt one thing that, the storage staff was behaving like they are not even bother about what happened when I informed this issue.

this place is the worst ever since public storage took over and changed from extra space it has been nothing but a headache first my payment has went from being 56 dollars a month with extra space to now being 91 dollars a month since public storage took over then if you have to pay late each employee depending on who you talks to tells you something different the employees dont know they own policy including the manager's my stuff is stuck here until i can make the long drive to get it out but putting my stuff here was the worst decision i ever made avoid at all cost

Don’t ever put anything in public storage because they will not do anything they say they’ll do they charged my mom $20 for a three dollar charge that they messed up on they locked the doors on us at 9 o’clock we could not get our stuff back we had to make another trip the next morning I had to rent a trailer for two days because I they had no power for a whole day and they left. They don’t answer the phone or call you back. If you are only a day late they lock you out of your storage unit. They are not a reputable storage place at all I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody!

-Front office guy was always on Break [BEN] -No Cameras/"working" -Someone jump the fence and broke into my tool trailer and stole more than $1000 worth of stuff

I had two units. Same size. Same floor. One unit went up $10. The other unit went up $60. When I contacted them about the increase they said they would look into it and get back to me with a solution. They never called back. It took a personal visit to get a discussion with the manager. That led nowhere. He said they can increase rates at anytime. He never offered an explanation for the difference of the rate increases and offered no resolutions. Rate increases are arbitrary.

I feel safe leaving my belongings in a place where Robin works. She's a star - every Batman needs this Robin!! She knows her facts and information really well, she was able to get me in and out of the facility without taking up too much of my time, and overall super pleasing to work with. Also the area/location of this storage facility is 10/10, felt really safe and secure.

Today I was dreading the call to my storage unit vendor to add a bigger unit to reduce the cost associated with the two smaller units I leased for the past two years. By doing this I was able to reduce the overall monthly expenditure by $170.00 per month. Shawn at Extra Storage was so helpful! He got me into the new unit, set up new autopay, and helped me with a reduction in the cost of the one unit on move out! And, I didn’t have to physically go there. It was all handled over the phone and Internet. He made something dreadful into a good experience for me! He’s got my 5-stars!!

This is the nicest, cleanest storage place I’ve ever seen! But the thing I’m happiest about is the fact they have a bathroom onsite!! Not having to lock up and drive my truck off premise looking for a restroom is golden!! And the office staff aresupwr nice and easy to work with!!

Transferring from another storage facility and Brittany (the manager) is also very helpful. Pleased with the decision to move my items.

I recently moved to the DFW area and had a gap in between my start date and when my place was going to be ready for move in. The issue was that I was going to move back to the DFW area on a Sunday night when all the storage offices were closed. Thankfully I got into contact with Brittany from Extra Space and she worked with me to make this move as easy as it can be. She met with me after hours after a long trip and did it with nothing but a smile on her face. I had such a great experience with the staff, facilities, and of course Brittany.

These ladies are terrible. I’m just kidding. It is very unusual to find this level of friendly service in the Metroplex, outside of a five star hotel. Chali even poured a cup from the water cooler for my little dog (although she is a cat person, lol). They took the time to answer my questions and find just the right size indoor storage for my needs. If you keep up this great work Brittany and Chali your boss will have to give you a raise to keep you there.

This storage unit is awesome!! When I first arrived, Lakeisha was there to greet me and showed me around the building, she was extremely nice and had awesome customer service!
