Oh my God. Dianna at Westpark location efficient, polite and helpful. On Gulfton the lady moved from desk to office, I knocked 3 times, she gesture and finally after 20 min didn’t open on a payment day! What a difference! Dianna also gave me helpful info.

Terrible business ! Customer service SUCKS ! Workers at location has terrible attitudes . When I first got the storage I was told the rate would be the same throughout the entire time of having the unit; however, after three months the rate increased. I was told yes the rates do change after being told they wouldn’t. The location also Wants you to pay for a full month of use after the 1st so if you move out of the unit on the 2nd you will still pay the full month. But the storage place will still rent the unit to someone else … so basically two people will be paying for unit . RIDICULOUS !! Will never do business with public storage again !

When I came in, the staff was very friendly and the property was clean and inviting.
They corrected my "late fee"when another employee mischarged me cause I move out on the weekend right before memorial day.I would definitely use them again if I need to.
When you need extra space to store your stuff, this is the place to go. Prices are reasonable and they have different unit sizes .
