The 5 stars are for Nay. She is a Rock Star all by herself. She was available. The door wasn't locked and she was not hiding like most of the staff members do at this location. She was professional and very nice. She is one of best employees that this company has. She helped me on a day while I was experiencing a difficult transition. She was gentle and empathetic. I pray she gets a blessing in return for just being nice.

I'm in the middle of relocating to Houston from Chicago and wanted to find a storage location close to where I plan to live in Houston. I called Public Storage to get some information on making a reservation. I spoke with Paul and he was phenomenal with assisting me! I had a ton of questions and concerns because my belongings would be traveling long distance by movers so I had a lot of worries about storage. Paul was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He gave me all the information needed and explained the process for making a reservation and storing my furniture. Talking to Paul really put me at ease and gave me the insight I needed. Furniture storage is now one less thing for me to worry about, thanks to Paul. I am so thankful for all his help!

My mom and I literally had the worst experience with our movers , so going anywhere that day wasn’t what we were looking forward to . I explained to Erika the sales rep at public storage, the day mom and I had and told her why mom was a little shaken up after the mover yelled at her and I . I do share the comments of others, there has to be some moving carts. I understand if you don’t make them available when office is not open due to theft. However, if office is open, let them be checked out with an ID held by the office or something. Too hard to move materials without them.

I’ve had my storage here for going on three years. I got my new unit right at the peak of Covid in 2019 and I haven’t had any issues I will say however there was an instance where my luck was changed due to some miss information between employees but it was handled swiftly and seamlessly is to my understanding that the person made the mistake is no longer with the company
