Reviews
I’ve had storage units here for about 14 months, and honestly I can’t say enough good things about Public Storage. They have a lot of units, the prices are cheap, and the staff are friendly. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the staff aren’t at the front during open hours, which makes it frustrating to get help with anything you need. Otherwise Ive always enjoyed storing here!

08/31/2025 @ 9:30am First woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Then I had to go move a my belongings to another storage unit today. BUMMER! I get to Public Storage this morning and not sure what to expect from the receptionist there at Public Storage. I was greeted with the warmest morning mood ever! I get to the desk and replied with at ease Good Morning! Not only did I get a great demeanor this morning. Cynthia also helped me with storing my belongings in a very quick professional manner. Greetings everyone. I’d just like to take the time to comment on how seamless my experience was with Destinee at this location. I had recently come from a location near this one and the hostility I endured was astounding! The agents attitude was so bad that I just could not continue the rental. I let her know that I was sincerely concerned with how our introduction began, however this did not soften the agents “very sour” disposition. But Destinee more than made up for the very poor encounter I had earlier that morning. Destinee’s attitude and demeanor was so refreshing! She left a lasting impression. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone seeking a decent place for their storage needs.

My husband and I own a business that services NRG arena events. The location is perfect for that! I have had the most amazing customer service from a staff member named Wednesday. She’s always polite and helpful when I call in and she’s always helpful in person as well. She is the most pleasant staff member Dealt with at this location and I really hope they keep her because she really is amazing. My husband and I were considering ending our lease and meeting her has made us want to stay.
