Ms. Bridgette was awesome! South Main location (below 610 loop). Great customer service! She was very very patient with me even though we had to redo the electronic paperwork (it didn’t pick up my finger signature….) definitely recommend her at this site!

I recently opened a unit at this location with the help of Bridgette. She was informative and so kind. She provide a great deal of information and assistance during this process. Unfortunately, it is very unusual when you have a representative who cares a great deal about their work and providing the customer with magnificent service. I have recently fallen on hard times, and Bridgette went out her way to show me kindness. If you are wondering if this is the place to store your possessions, I strongly recommend asking for her. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would... DO NOT rent here! they will scam you out of money! I rented my unit at the beginning of this month on the first and moved in. through the contract and emails I saw that you could get a refund for returning the lock provided by p.s within the 30 days (they have changed this policy around to fit their narative various times) 1st it has to be returned before the first 30 days of you having the unit. the 2nd time I went up there the woman at the front office (she was an older black woman i didnt get her name that time) said i could NOT return it because it was RECOMENDED (not REQUIRED) to have the lock given to you when you sign up (I already had the ones in the picture below) . now to what has happened on April 24, 2024... this is the 3rd ATTEMPT  at getting my refund to return this lock before the 30 days are up there was a woman named Solma (pictured below from the video recording from this interaction) and told her I was here to return the lock before the 30 days are up AGAIN and with proof that there was 2 locks on the unit as I didn't want to get the excuse of needing the other lock on my unit as so they won't give me my refund. Now, she is saying that they do not accept the return because it has been "used" and that it's supposed to be returned BEFORE you move into the unit. I did my agreement online, and the lock was inside the unit when I went into move my stuff in. she said in a snarky, unprofessional tone, "Do you return groceries if you already used them?" amongst other things.  Is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL on the p.s. Hiring packet? Anyways. I am expecting a call from management of this location or from the district manager, whomever is going to fix this ongoing issue.

This is terrible, they rented me a storage on the second floor, but the elevator is broken, so I can’t get into my storage. They don’t even have stairs

Just want to say the two young Ebony woman was so thorough and helpful. This is not to be taking lightly when I say they relieved my stress from moving in to a storage for my 1st time, they was awesome. I want to leave their names so their managers can give them some Recognition- their names are Ms. Yolanda and Ms. Shakilah. Just was very helping.
