The office manager was very pleasant knowledgeable and patient with my service needs. Please acknowledge her she was genuinely professional and very kind to me during my stressful time trying to prepare for things she made my experience pleasant. Thank you TOMEKA On another note there should not be a bill rodents destroyed may furniture with urine feces nesting and chewed on every piece of furniture. My big screen TV had damage and cord chewed. $800 worth brand new baby clothing/furniture completely damaged. Rat feces all over the entire unit after a black box was installed for pest control which didn't prevent anything. I also had insurance filed a claim still haven't received my money back letter call or nothing. I kept pictures and even statements from movers who also took pictures of dead rats being pulled out or falling out of different pieces furniture and boxes. I have over $4000 with or damaged possessions that are in my garage untouched for future evidence. There are also cameras on property that monitor and record which can be verified on their cameras as well. B-13 Finner

There is never anyone there in the office and no one answers the phone. Very frustrating to deal with. If I could take all of my stuff out and go somewhere else I would.

Me vendieron mi espacio con mis cosas y nunca me notificaron. Me notificaron después que lo vendieron. . Es un descaro y una falta de respeto .y me discriminaron por no hablar Inglés. Perdí mis cosas por no hablar inglés .y la persona encargada me dijo que tenía que hablar inglés y por eso perdí mis cosas y en servicio al cliente también me discriminaron es un racismo lo que me hicieron. Vamos a ver si son racista con los abogados.

On June 18th of 2023 I, Domestric, checked my unit and discovered two rats 🐀. This was very disturbing 😳 for me and I am utterly disgusted by what I saw. One rodent was dead and the other one fled to the back of my unit. I am hoping that this review initiates some traffic and some change moving forward. These rodents need to be removed at once.Also, I have been renting this unit for 7 years. I have never seen anything like this in my climate controlled unit.

It is a rip off. Payment is due on the 1st, I explained to them my rent is due on the 1st I will pay you with the next check plus late charges. They cut my lock and was getting ready to auction of my belongings and I was only 20 days late. So I have paid and I go to my storage and they have their lock on it, I request they remove their lock. I was told I had to purchase a new lock and would not be able to gain access because this month's rent is due, it's not late, it is just due. Called corporate and they told me to purchase a lock , that I still had access until the 6th. Just a bunch of rip artists run this facility

I had a great experience at the Public Storage on Maxey with Sara. My experience with her was so nice. I actually went to the wrong location, yet she was so helpful to the point I changed to that location. She explained payment, the app and hours. She went above and beyond with everything with such a positive attitude. Thank you Sara.

Went here spoke with Rachael about renting out a storage unit, she was very patient and knowledgeable. Prices were a little high for a month. $163-176 10x10 & 10x15. But the area was clean and very secure. Entry was 6am to 9pm.

I have been with this location for years and I have yet to be disappointed with the service and attention that the staff has provided. I have -over time -run into minimal system and technical hiccups and billing issues- but each time -my concerns have been taken seriously with the staff who always reviewed and looked into my account. The staff always worked to help resolve any concerns or problems efficiently! Recently I had Natalie and another member of the staff currently attending to a minor glitch on my account - I was definitely down in spirits as this occurred over the December holidays - but I was assured that it would be resolved which helped ease my mind and was instrumental in making smiles for my family to bring in Christmas and the new year-we are blessed to start 2023 with continued service at the public Storage in Houston on Maxey!

Came as they were closing, Natalie was so helpful and friendly the best, fastest, and easiest experience I’ve had so far with public storage!

I usually don't trust these things because of movies haha, but I have to say that my experience was very pleasant. Mostly due to the employees' attitudes. Sara and Natalie, I believe, were very helpful with explaining everything to me. Excellent customer service! Futhermore, the storage wasn't bad either. A little dusty, but overall fresh! Definitely recommend.
