Went here spoke with Rachael about renting out a storage unit, she was very patient and knowledgeable. Prices were a little high for a month. $163-176 10x10 & 10x15. But the area was clean and very secure. Entry was 6am to 9pm.

I have been with this location for years and I have yet to be disappointed with the service and attention that the staff has provided. I have -over time -run into minimal system and technical hiccups and billing issues- but each time -my concerns have been taken seriously with the staff who always reviewed and looked into my account. The staff always worked to help resolve any concerns or problems efficiently! Recently I had Natalie and another member of the staff currently attending to a minor glitch on my account - I was definitely down in spirits as this occurred over the December holidays - but I was assured that it would be resolved which helped ease my mind and was instrumental in making smiles for my family to bring in Christmas and the new year-we are blessed to start 2023 with continued service at the public Storage in Houston on Maxey!
